We remodeled our backyard and needed an outside shower by the pool. Found this free-standing shower pole on Amazon. The suppler/manufacture appears to be learning the American market. They need better quality shipping containers that are up to USA standards. I needed to return 1 item then I needed to have damaged parts replaced for the 2nd item. The overall item is really nice, it was a little frustrating that the item were coming damaged or had missing parts. The best part was there customer service was on point. When I brought a concern to the table they addressed it ASAP!. No matter what the concern they were on it in 24 hours or less and would Fed-ex items to me as needed. I had my frustrations with this item but now it works great, looks amazing and added that cool feature to our pool area. Again there customer service saved what could have beed a bad review. I would recommend this item and suggest you have a plumber install it.

Purchased for a pool remodel. Installed at the same time as a stainless pool handrail in a new deck. Shower started to rust within 6 months, handrail still look fine. Found some metal polish which brought the appearance back see images of rust before and after polishing. A very nice shower, functional and attractive. We live in Hawaii and close to the coast. Unfortunately the shower will need additional attention from time to time to remain beautiful.

I bought 2 of these outdoor showers, they look fantastic but one box was open and was missing one of the rings for one of the controls and some of the other screws, all parts inside box was loose and nothing was packed properly, call the customer support, they were very helpful and sent me the missing parts via DHL very quickly, also further more, these showers get rust spots fairly quickly and need constant nickel cleaning almost every week

Do not purchase this product .star leaking 1 week of installation I did change it 4 times same problem. No body want to warranty it

Very satisfied with shower. Looks and works perfectly. Customer service was excellent!!! We looked at many showers and the water flow on this one is very unique. A tropical shower experience. Would definitely recommend this product.

When it arrived I picked up the box and heard parts move/fall to the bottom of the box. The polystyrene that the shower is packed in is too weak. It was all bust apart. I expected the worst since it is stainless steel with very heavy parts but only a very minor blemish and a cap for a screw on one handle was missing, as was a small hex bolt that holds the two major parts together. The package needs improved or most will arrive beat up. I had a plumber install it, only to find it was leaking in several places. He had to take it apart to fix the leaks, and it recently just swung another.

Very well built. Heavy-duty used for coastal rental property. Easy to install with great customer service. I installed on a composite deck with SS lag bolts purchased separately. Great value.
