I purchased this fountain primarily based on the clearly-defined green moss, as described and pictured, in order to complement my other decor. When I received it, I was disappointed at how little moss was actually included. I took a photo to compare to the pictures online and was easily able to notice how much was actually lacking on the product itself, so I went ahead and returned it. Shortly after, the seller asked me to send them a photo, so I obliged, but was shocked whey replied back with a side-by-side comparison with photoshopped boxes around the few areas they were able to locate a faint green tint on my photo. They asked why I said there was no moss (in my return comment), but it's clear to me they deliberately ignored the many, many spots where there is clearly-defined moss in their photo but not on what I received. I invite you to take a look at the photos and decide for yourself. If the moss isn't important to you, it's a pretty fountain overall, so it may not make a difference in your purchase decision. As it is, I wouldn't have even bothered with a review if I hadn't felt the seller was gaslighting my experience and would fail to address this quality control issue, so I wanted to warn others. Since I returned it, I wasn't able to test the fountain functionality itself. My three stars are for the overall nice look of the fountain; if the seller experience was included it would be fewer stars.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice water fountain. It does splash out a little bit of water not very much though. A towel would help keep your area dry.

I love everything about this fountain. It wasn't to heavy for me to move around, it was easy to put everything together and get it up and running. I use it inside and the water doesn't splash out and it has a very peaceful sound and that was just what I was looking for. I highly recommend this product and this seller.

The pump is strong. I turned it down some. I also added rocks to make it more realistic and cut down on the lights that are bright. It works perfectly! Yes it splashes it's a waterfall! I will build a base around it with plants to absorb some of the splash. I use it outside so I am ok with it. I absolutely love it. Well worth the money. It works amazing!!! Has good weight to it but not too heavy... I moved it around myself.

I have been searching for a mossy rock fountain for a period of time. Every time it is either too expensive, or too small/big. This is just the right one. i am so lucky to get this fountain. The delivery time was faster than expected and the package was very good. There was not any damage. The material is seems not real rock. Seller said it is resin with fiberglass. And I think that won't be problem for me. Because the fountain looks really very good, and it is heavy as stone. The most important is there's enough moss on each tier. The fountain is wonderful. I am very happy with this purchasing. You're highly recommended to buy if you are the one like me to look for an outdoor fountain designed with moss.
