They were nice for the first week. Hightop is extremely uncomfortable around the ankle. Not lightweight. Only water resistant. I'm on month 3 using them as work beaters....they're completely shot....just buy a name brand with a good reputation. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND unless they're seldom worn. If you got a job here and there every other month they'd be the perfect fit.

Picked these up as an extra pair of work boots. Seem to be comfortable as long as you wear long socks. Wearing ankle socks the top of the boot rubs on my calf and had I worn them very long I'm sure I would have had a sore spot on my calf. They seem to be constructed of quality materials and the workmanship is in line with most of the other brands of boots in this price point. The boots fit as advertised according to their sizing and were very comfortable from the moment I put them on. They come with an extra set of laces, so it will be a while before I have to make a trip to the store to replace them. The boots did come out of the package with a strong petroleum smell, although I'm sure that will fade with time. I'm going to leave them on the garage until they air out, as the smell was strong enough I didn't want to leave them in the closet or bedroom. I didn't wear these a long time, but I fell like they would be comfortable enough to wear for an 8 or 10 hour shift without any problem. They are light for a safety shoe and the water resistance is a huge plus for the environment I will be using them in. Really nice for the price point, I just hope they last for a while.
