DO NOT BUY! BOGUS Company! Probably why they opened up this newer page. I bought this Sept 2023 and it worked beautifully, even posted a video and gave a 5 star review. Cleaned it and brought it in house mid November. Plugged it in Mid May this year and noticed a slow leak. I searched everywhere for it, thinking I could fix it. Finally, found it in the base and it is not fixable. I emailed the company may 31st, no response. Contacted Amazon June 3rd and they reached out to the company on my behalf. June 8th, still no response. So today I had to contact my cc to dispute the charges. What good is a 12 month warranty for defects if the company doesn't respond? Save yourself the headache and buy from a different company that at least cares enough about you to respond. It's too bad, I really love the waterfall.
