These water weights are a heavier weight and give me a great pool workout. Love the narrow handle design because I find them easier to grip than the ones with a wider handle. The extra strap is a great added design feature and make them unique compared to the standard water dumbbells. The end caps come off easily so I can remove any water from inside and they go back on easy and stay in place. I would purchase these again and will recommend them to my friends. ... show more

Like the purple and white. Love that it straps so you don't always need to have a tight grip on the handle which is a soft foam like handle. Not thrilled that I had to put it together as attaching the handles needed a bit of strength. Because it is a bit longer, than my Speedo, it feels heavier in the water and I get a better workout. One of the pair I purchased retained water inside hand pole. Tried shaking it out as mfg does not recommend taking apart after initial assembly. Hope it doesn't develop mold inside. Good density for resistance.

There are so many ways to use these weights in your workouts. The water resistance gives you a good workout. You can use them under your arms for floating to do leg exercises. Mine got a lot of use in the summer and know at the Y. Still a dark pink shade, no fading, great performance and durability
