As expected! They do have a little white plug so no bugs crawl up in it, but the plug makes it leak a tiiiiny bit when running. Doesnt mess with taste and was super easy to put together. They have different lids of their own. One screw on and one you just push on. Pump doesnt feel flimsy or cheap. I think its definayely worth the money if you dont wanna use a full on water cooler.

I’ve had this product for over a year now and it’s still working. At first, it would charge but after 3 months, it stopped working. Until I realized that it has to be plugged in all the time because if it’s not, it doesn’t work. But I still love the product because it still dispenses water, slowly but that’s okay. It takes a good 40 seconds to fill up a big gulp cup from 7-11. Easy to install and remove. Overall it’s a good product and I would recommend it to others.

I really like this pump because it doesn’t leak and it has good water flow and it fills up fast. What’s super nice is it? It doesn’t have to be charged very frequently. The battery lasts for a long time.

This looked like a convenient way to get water out of my bigger (3 gallon) water bottles and boy has it been nice! I no longer have to try to pour a glass of water from these larger bottles nor do I have to turn it upside down to put into another kind of dispenser. The original setup and charging the battery was easy as was moving between bottles & recharging the battery. The battery lasted through several bottles (14-18 gallons is my guess, but it might have been more). My bottle openings are slightly smaller than the size mentioned in the description, but the included cap has made the connection tight enough that I don't worry about it coming loose during use. This dispenser was easy to take between two locations (I placed it inside a sealable plastic bag for travel). It's not incredibly fast - fills my 20 oz cup in about 25 seconds, but it's reasonable and I like that the motor isn't very loud. There appears to be an automatic shut off after about 1/3 of a gallon which I find to be a nice feature. As expected, when the water gets pretty low (final glass or so), I've needed to tip the container a little in order to get the last of the water to go through the spout.

Works great and does its job. The water line fits my 5 gal water jug well and reaches the bottom. The adapter caps that came with it doesn’t properly fit either style water bottle and only fits loosely on top. The button on top is easy to press and the water comes on and turns off immediately. The water will stay on until you press again as far as I can tell. The charger it came with was very short so I had to use a different cord but it was nice that it came with cord and adapter. Water tasted fine. Would be perfect for camping if the top fit better. This is my first tome purchasing something like this so I have no comparison as far as if this is standard or not. Feels decently durable if the cap actually fit properly. Might be better to spend a few more dollars for a better fitting cap.
