Problem: The product makes a humming sound after being powered on, but it doesn't pump water normally. Cause: This may be due to the slight misalignment of the motor shaft during transportation. Solution: Don't worry, you can reset it with a simple procedure: Make sure the product is powered on (blue light on). Place the unit on its side or tilt it slightly. Pay the unit two or three times with your palm. You may hear a slight "click," indicating that the motor has reset. The product will immediately resume pumping normally. Note: This procedure must be performed while the product is powered on (blue light on). If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please let us know, and we will provide a return or exchange.

I have had this almost2 years now and love it. We go through quite a bit of water and this has saved me from dealing with a water filter pitcher. I use it on 3gallon jugs as I cannot handle 5 gallon jugs. I put a thick rubber band around the top of the jug, as the pump does not fit snugly and it would turn while dispensing not fun to come back to, which fixed that. I forget to charge it sometimes and it wont work but I can plug it in and use it right away. I like that it has automatic shutoff as I can walk away and not worry that it will be everywhere when I come back I just hit it twice to fill my pitcher for the fridge. When this one does die knock on wood I will absolutely buy another one. ... show more

    • Great Easy Water Dispenser for Camping Wash Station

Purchased for an easy hand wash station, etc for camping. Although it is not hands free, it does turn on easily with a finger tip or a knuckle, which is what we wanted during food prep. Very inexpensive for what you get. It works great. Mounting it on one of the blue standard water bottles makes it sturdy and easy to operate. We will reuse the bottle to keep from having to purchase repeatedly. Cons: Just a couple small things. Some people mention it's noisy. Yeh, a little. But who cares? It's certainly not annoying by any stretch of the imagination. Secondly, for me I wish I could dial down the water flow. Only because as a hand washing for camp, you won't need the flow it produces. But both of these issues are minor. Lastly, there is a small white fitting that the instructions do not mention. Videos show it is inserted into the end of the silicone tube. For what, I do not know. Flow restrictor? Or maybe a kind of screen to keep large particles from entering the tube?? I would definitely recommend. 5 Stars! ... show more

Functional and reasonable price. This pump works well - - - so far it's on it's first charge so time will tell how durable it is. It's not perfect, but for the price it does the job. Things needing improvement: 1) The charging cord is very flimsy and the plug that goes into the charging port bends very easily. If this pump lasts any length of time I will have to find a new cord. It's not the same cord that fits my phone, like some other USB appliances have. 2) The stainless steel spout is very delicate as you have to manipulate the pipe while inserting it into the pump to just the right exact position with just the right amount of pressure so that it doesn't leak at the pump aperture where it goes in. The very sketchy and sometimes unreadable instructions do mention that you have to be careful with this. Otherwise, the pump functions well and it is a great economic and less messy alternative to having a water station that requires a 5 or a 10 gallon bottle to be lifted and placed upside down. ... show more
