This thing works surprisingly well and is very easy to use. It has a powerful enough pump to push the water through with some force. Super easy, just charge it and put on top of your jug (I left the silicone rubber lid with hole on for a snug fit) The price is great! If it only holds up a year or 8 months or so it is well worth the money. Going to buy a second one to keep on hand. Previously had the dolphin hand pump but it was too hard for my elderly mother to use, and we had a heat/cool water dispensing tower that we sadly discovered roaches moved in to and loved (Gross!-if you have one of those and live close to others get rid of it!) I recommend this little workhorse.

Battery is good for around 6 gallons of water. Seems to charge in about an hour. Would be better if there was a battery indicator on it. I've taken to just charge it for an hour every time I change the bottle. When the battery dies it's just stops, and you have to charge it. Would be 5 stars if there was a battery indicator. It's not that loud, but in the middle of the night it sounds like a lot! One button operation. Really easy to use, my toddler can switch it to a new bottle. Much cheaper than purchasing a dispenser you have to lift the bottle onto.

I purchased this in June 2023. Within a few days I noticed the battery wouldn’t hold a charge so I followed the advice I found from another review and just kept it plugged in. It worked great all summer. In September I closed the cabin, cleaned the pump and put it away in a safe dry temperature controlled place. I pulled it out in May and started it up. It worked but still needed to be plugged in all the time. Yesterday it died. Nothing I did worked. Do basically I got less than 6 months use of it and it was not overused. We go through about one 5-gallon jug every 2 weeks. So basically, this is cheap junk.
