Impressed with unique shaped plate with palm bump which makes comfortable grip. However here comes some issues after a few uses. The tubing is short and rigid, strap through side to side will not secure hand stably, my hand doesn't align with paddle in the same direction. The hole near corner end is smaller than the tubing that makes it difficult to insert tubing without tool. The flexible plastic plate is somewhat flimsy as they don't create strong water resistance. Also, many color streaks on the back. No sure what pigment or substance is used in manufacturing. It could be health issue however the product works as expected.

adds resistance to your swim. plus, you go faster, so it's more fun. i was pushy and made a couple of neighbors try them when they asked about them, and guess who all went to buy their own? they also are great for your shoulders. loosens the joints up, strengthens the muscles, and relieves my upper back/shoulder pain. i also wear churchills and a heart rate monitor to turn swimming into a fun, strength-building, joint-friendly, cardio effective (monitor that heart rate!) workout. and i HATE to work out!
