Best resistance
Color: BLUE/TEAL
Size: 120% Resistance
These were just what I was looking for. A little concerned that the foam comes off a little at a time like it's peeling off .

A real workout
Color: BLUE/TEAL
Size: 120% Resistance
So many of these water resistance devices feel too light and ineffective. These are nothing like that. A full session with these resistance bells leaves me feeling like I used to when I lifted weights and used regular gym machines. Muscles were mildly and appropriately sore from the workout with no damage to soft tissue or muscular damage.

Perfect bells!
Color: AQUA
Size: 40% Resistance
These resistance bells are exactly the same as those I used to use in my aqua aerobics class. Our pool was shut down due to the China virus, and when it re-opened 2 months ago, we had to purchase and use our own equipment. These are the perfect amount of resistance for me because I have been recovering from a shoulder injury. I'll recommend these to my other fellow aqua buddies!

They are great..
Color: BLUE/YELLOW
Size: 99% Resistance
If you are familiar with how to use them they are great. I use them in both the pool and the ocean and they are durable and dry quickly. I wish the booklet that came with them was waterproof, note to the manufacturer......

Tops in Toning
Color: BLUE/TEAL
Size: 120% Resistance
These provide much more resistance than the last pair I had. I can already tell a difference in muscle toning since using these just one week.
