I’ve been using these for both leg and arm exercises. They have added the extra resistance I was looking for. I had gotten to the point that I needed to either add more reps or sets to my routine. I was already at 3sets of 40s and adding more ment more time. These solved my problem.

    • Quality is good, but not worth Money if wanting actual weight
No weight to them, very bulky to wear. Must wear very tight to keep from coming off. I bought to ass weight to my arm exercises to strengthen muscles , but off zero weight or resistance. Had to remove in water due to bulk, tightness, uncomfortable, and not adding anything beneficial to my exercise. They have a light foam inside. NOT WORTH 50.00! ... show more
