LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these. Oh, and did I happen to mention that I love these? Had them for several months now, using them faithfully in the pool, and while I have been working with them, I've noticed some of my mobility returning, some toning happening in my arms and chest, and even a diminishing of my constant pain from osteoarthritis. If you're hesitating to order these, DON'T. It was tough as hell using them that first couple of weeks, but now it's a measure of the increase in my strength and stamina, that using these for me now is like using water bells that only have about 20% resistance instead of 80!
