We purchase the dispenser for our Union Meeting Hall. It was purchased in mid-May 2023. There is already an issue when placing a new gallon of water on the top water sprout it pops up every time. I was so excited to find a water cooler at this price, that I bought it before reading more about it. It wasn't until it actually arrived that my husband and I realized that "water cooler" is a broad term; it was too light to have a compressor. The water will only ever be as cool as room temperature. I should have read the reviews first. This water cooler is defective. The HOT WATER DOES NOT WORK at all. It will NEVER get hot.. I followed the very limited Instructions, which do not indicate any such help with this. I did find this on the instructions under precautions "The heating indicator light is always on all the time. Reason may be that the thermostat is broken and needs to be replaced." Two problems I have with that. One, not anywhere on the very poor instructions does it show where the thermostat is located, or even discuss a thermostat. and TWO, most important is that my hot water light NEVER lit up. I am Unable to find this thing on YouTube to view setup, there's no way to contact company for assistance. And the fact that almost all of these comments speak about the hot water never working speaks volumes about the product itself. The seller should no sell this thing ever again.
