The metal is a darker coppery rose-gold and the band is somewhat darker and a warmer shade of brown than what is shown in photo. It is a good size face and band for small wrists though.

MY RATING SCALE: * I can’t believe this product/item is even available for sale on Amazon. There are so many issues with it that I can’t recommend it to anyone. Do not purchase. ** Product/item doesn’t meet my expectations. I wish I would’ve passed on ordering it. I certainly wouldn’t order it again. There are multiple issues and I can not recommend it. Potential buyers order at your own discretion. *** An average item/product. I like it, I might or might not reorder it, and if I recommend it, it’s with stipulations. There are one or more issues with the product/item, but nothing so major that the product isn’t useful. **** A good product/item. I like it, I’d likely reorder it, and I recommend it. In my opinion it has a minor issue, but nothing I can’t overlook. ***** A GREAT product/item. I love it…I’d definitely reorder it and I highly recommend it! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I ordered the silver and black ladies analog watch, because it indicated it was for small wrists. My wrist measures 5.25”, so it’s sometimes difficult to find watches small enough. This is a nice looking watch with the black leather band, plus the silver case is small and feminine looking. I was happy to see that the band has two keepers on it, because on me, the strap is long enough that it ends about 1.25” from the other side of the case when it’s buckled. I use the 6th hole from the end of the strap, which would leave about 1.25” of the strap for larger wrists. The leather strap is a bit stiff at first, but I expect it to relax with continued wear. The hands (including a second hand) are black and stand out against the light dial, making it easy to read. It was nice to find the watch case wrapped with a piece of heavy plastic to protect it and packaged in a box that would be suitable for gift giving. But most importantly, the analog watch keeps good time. For the quality of the watch, I feel the price of $21.99, plus an extra 6% off with a coupon at the time of my review, is very reasonable. To me, it’s worth the price to have a small, feminine looking watch, instead of a watch with a large case that looks out of place on my small wrist. I would definitely order this again, and may get another color. Hence, I do recommend it for those individuals with a smaller wrist. ... show more

My 8 year old granddaughter told me that they were teaching the kids in school to read an analog clock - which I thought was a little strange at her age... but I guess in this digital world it makes sense that the kids would be late bloomers for the concept. This watch was offered up as a review item - and it was both attractive AND seemed like it would be small enough for a girl of diminutive size... and apparently I was correct. I chose the red watch banded model knowing that she likes bright colors - and the watch arrived as she just happened to be working on the clock homework that she was given in class that day! The "timing" couldn't have been better. She was beaming like it was a gift from Heaven and went to work quickly getting it set to the right time - and looking forward to taking it to school the next day. Grandma had sneaked a peek on it before she gave it to her and told me later "If she doesn't like it - I'll take it!" All in all it seems like a nice watch that isn't too big and would probably be best for a lady that wants a smaller watch and has a smaller wrist. This one gets the five stars! ... show more

I have been wearing this in the shower, but you should check with the other reviews, and I would, of course, read the description on this product page. I had an experience trying to set the time and start the watch, but I soon realized a tiny plastic do-dad was preventing me from doing it. Easy to remove. The skinny faux crocodile band is lovely. I prefer gold-tone over silver, but this is a great watch, and I have gotten compliments. I usually get the quartz movement when selecting a watch from Amazon Vine to review. You might imagine how many watches I have gone through over several years, but I am choosing this one to wear now. Clean with a damp cloth and a bit of soap if needed. Polish the buckles with the chamois. The box it comes with is excellent. You can ship it packaged your way, unique, or directly to your loved one directly from Amazon, where you can get choices of cards and gift wrapping if you like. This is a good value because I do not go to many places where someone will be critical of what I wear. You decide if you want to wear this part of the time and alternate between dressy and casual. I have a small wrist, so this ladies watch was calling my name! And I really like the classic look — I ordered the silver / black option, which looks just as elegant as in the photo. This watch can be worn with practically anything as well. The watch — particularly the face -- looks much more expensive than it is. The band is comfortable and definitely suitable for a small wrist like mine. I don’t like the feel of loose watches, and this fits nice and snug — but of course is also expandable for various sizes. This would also make a very nice gift - it looks well-made and comes in a nice box. For the price, this is a great buy. Would recommend. ... show more

I got this watch because I'm a fan of the color brown. I love that it has this "office" look to it: very professional. The one caviat is this: the strap is very thin; therefore, if you have a thicker wrist, this is not the watch for you. The picture doesn't do the watch justice because the strap looks wide. This would make a nice gift for someone for a retirement party or Christmas gift for that stylish woman on the go. ... show more
