I ultimately returned this light despite being impressed with the quality and design. I found the lights were never triggered and therefore rarely turned on (contrary to other reviews claiming excessive sensitivity). My previous flood light was on almost constantly providing needed light in an otherwise dark area of my home. Having no adjustability for the sensor or even the ability to just turn the light on was a deal breaker for me. I didn’t need just a camera mount- I needed a light too. Replaced it with Wyze’s new floodlight but have not yet used it enough to compare. At first glance the Wyze light has smart features and adjustments AND comes with the camera. Plus the Wyze unit is integrated slightly better for the camera mount and there is the ability to add a second cam. Sorry Wasserstein , I really wanted to love this light. ... show more

    • Pretty cool, but disappointed in the limited functionality.

I bought two of these and both lights work, but one of them has a faulty usb power supply for the camera. After a couple days of annoying emails with the manufacturer, they are shipping out a replacement unit, so stars for that. The light itself is solid and well made. The thing I don’t like about it is that if you want the camera to work, the light switch must be on. Since it’s night time motion activated only, this doesn’t seem like a problem, however the motion detection is super sensitive and bugs flying around set it off. The first night I left it on, it flashed on and off all night, which I can see around the blinds of my bedroom window. Since it doesn’t stay on very long when activated, this got really annoying. Turn the light off, no camera. So your options are very limited. I was really excited about this, but I think now I’m going to relocate my cameras to a power source independent of the lights. I know someone who has the little wyze light that clips onto the cam and It works great. I think I’ll go that route. ... show more

Less than the Wyze branded light. Has the plug-in and mount for the camera, but the motion sensor is too sensitive and there's no adjustment. Also, no adjustment for the light duration. Not a great motion light for the money, it just works with the cameras. I bought 3.

Since Wyze hasn't adopted the Wyze Outdoor Cam V3 to their OEM flood light yet, I went with this 3rd party vendor. While both the Wyze version & the Wasserstein 3-in-1 Floodlight for the Wyze 2 & Wyze Outdoor V3 features adjustable settings and a remote control, the Wasserstein 3-in-1 Floodlight, Charger and Mount Compatible with Wyze Cam V3 does not adjust, nor does it come with a remote control. Since my lights are installed on top of the 2nd story, a remote control is key to a useful system. Furthermore, the USB port to power the Wyze Cam did not power up. It was faulty and failed to provide power to the cam. Returned item for a refund. (I did purchase 3 more of these lights but have not had the time to install and check operation). UPDATE 7/15/2021: Received replacement for faulty unit from shipper seamlessly and quickly. Replacement unit installed and functions perfectly. Original item was defective and replaced immediately. 4 out of 5 stars for lack of adjustability. ... show more

This is awsome. It was so easy to install. I also bought 2 cameras, 1 to use with the flood lights and the other to use by the front entrance of our house. I bought these to give it a try and it is totally worth it. I am buying another set for the back of our house.

Good product, but some minor improvements would make this a great product. First off the mounting screw is too short for anything but a perfectly flush junction box. I had to bump my box out 1/2 inch to flush up with siding before I was able to properly install this. A longer screw would solve this! Secondly, there should be a means to turn lights on independent of the dusk/motion sensor. A minor change here would make a big difference. Overall very happy with the product, as it fills a niche not found elsewhere, but would urge some small upgrades by the manufacturer. ... show more

I love this light. It was so easy to install and works great. I bought the Wyze outdoor camera seperately. I love Wyze products.. They are a lot less expensive then the other brands. Since they sync together the light activates when the camera picks up movement.

    • NO SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT!

I am forced to give this Wasserstein 3-in-1 a negative review. The unit does not have any way of controlling its turn-on sensitivity. Admittedly, for some installations, this might not be an issue but for my scenario it's a show stopper. I have the unit mounted on the railing of my large patio (my patio is about 8 feet above an even larger grassy area). I installed it to turn on and to scare away any intruders who might come uninvited by the area. The area itself is very dark at night. Feral cats sometimes wander by causing the light to turn on (which is o.k. since they are not there continuously). But what also happens at the same time is that the bright light attracts flying insects. So as soon the the light turns off, the motion of the flying insects causes it to turn back on. So the light is illuminated over 90 to 95 percent of the time. I tried to reduce the sensitivity by putting a diffuser in front of the sensor (I cut a ping pong ball in half and taped it over the sensor). This did not help very much. Consequently, I have the unit functioning now as only a power supply for my Wyze V-3 camera (I very carefully disconneted the power wires to both lamps in order to keep them from lighting). Were I not to do this, my electric bill would be sky high on account of the lights being on almost all night. Consequently, the bottom line is that in situations such as mine where sensitivity needs to be adjusted/reduced, the Wasserstein 3-in-1 is very poor choice. Admittedly, the unit is nice looking and appears to be made to survive the elements; but without being able to adjust its sensitivity, the unit is essentially worthless for the job it proposes to do! ... show more
