  • Works great!
This charger works great. It does what it is supposed to do - charge my Sony camera battery. Have had NO issues with it.

  • Sony battery charger
Itโ€™s a Sony so it cost to much, but its high quality and it works as advertised. Buy this and you wonโ€™t have any problems.

  • Good stuff
I was enticed by the cheaper options, but I went with the Sony charger because I only have one extra battery and I wanted it to recharge quickly. I'm very happy with the speed of this charger and I love the readout screen so I don't feel like I'm overcharging my batteries. Would recommend.

  • Good Product - WAY OVERPRICED
Charger works great. It's nice to be able to charge a spare battery outside of the camera while you use the other. Why does this charger cost more than the battery it charges? Ridiculous Sony.

  • My batteries are full but my wallet is empty!
It's one thing that Sony doesn't include this charger with their cameras, but the price they charge is kinda nuts. I wouldn't mind the steep price if it was a fast charger, but it doesn't seem to charge any faster than doing it in-camera (a7IV). A few other gripes.. - It feels really cheap. I suspect it's all hollow inside and the charging circuitry takes very little space. They could have shrunken the overall footprint of the charger to make it more travel friendly. - Really long power cord. Some might see it as a positive. But the cord is so long and stiff, it's not too convenient to stow in a camera bag. Could have implemented a built-in flip out blades. - No USB-C. They could solve the long cord issue by turning this into a USB-C charger. Modern USB-C PD chargers are capable of delivering more power these days and could easily charge these batteries. - Unhelpful LED status. When I popped in a depleted battery, the LEDs didn't light up. I thought I got a dud charger. Or maybe my battery was toast. I tried charging the battery in-camera, and it looked ok. I put the battery back in the charger and left it alone. About 30 minutes later, one of the LEDs lit up. And then the rest lit up as the battery was charging. Weird. Overall, it's an ok charger. Just not a good value. ... show more

  • Too much money for what it is.
Expected quality to be better. Light weight. It is what it is, but still too expensive.

  • Well worth the price
You have to own one of these it saves you a lot of time. At first I told myself I would I would be fine charging my A7C through the USB cable and yeah it was ok. I started to get annoyed because it would take a very long time to charge through USB and I had to be careful where I charged it since I had to have the whole camera connected. So I decided to get this battery charger specially since I was going to be traveling and it was a well worth it purchase. Charges really fast way faster than USB and I can just remove the battery and connect it to the adapted and not worry about someone knocking my camera down while getting charge. It is 100% worth thr price. Also be careful buying am off brand charger it can mess up your battery ... show more
