All around our dogs love it and that is what matters most! They all (one not in pic) constantly go to it, they sleep there and they chew their bones there. It is as comfy as it states. The softness is way better than I was expecting. The color is as pictured and a beautiful grey for our up coming accent color). I’ve already washed it as instructed and came out still the same shape with no reshaping or adjusting to do. The size is exactly as I was expecting (for now it fits our 3 30# dogs but will mostly be for the pup who will be about 70#). The only thing that wasn’t as appears off is it is not as thick as the image depicts. Over all A- great quality, great price!

Nice "crate pad". Soft and fluffy on one side, the other side has tiny non slip dots. 4 stars as I would not consider this a reversible mat, as the material on the bottom side doesn't appear to be comfortable (little grippers to keep it from sliding around). I have washed it and it came out of the dryer in excellent condition. It is not an appropriate crate pad for any kind of chewer, as the material is more comfy than durable. I am pleased with the quality of the crate pad for the price. It came tightly compressed in a small box. I was prepared to be disappointed, but a tumble in the dryer fluffed it up quite nicely.

The strays that are now mine (shots, chipped, groomed every month, flea, tick, heartworm prevention, 2 story cat house with aluminum siding and tar-papered/shingled roof on covered porch with animal heating pads [even the opossums are trying to move in it with them on ground floor level]... said all that to say this, cats have been upgraded with all the bells and whistles and these are what made it so I didn't cry tonight that they were cold and I absolutely can NOT bring them in) But these have literally saved their life and my heart! 💔❤️🩹🐈🐈⬛️💕 They work perfectly and are worth EVERY reasonably priced dime! I bought two of them. 2 cats sleep together on each one. The dogs absolutely love their soft mats for each of their seats on the sectional, perfect sizes, beautifully made. My dogs (from Pitbull terrier, Bully and a Chihuahua know that's the only spot up there they've got and we all love the soft feel of the mats I must say! If your dog is a chewer, I wouldn’t recommend this bed. Mine broke it almost instantly—he tore through the fabric and pulled out the stuffing within minutes. In my opinion it was very thin. That being said, even after destroying the inside, he still loves it! He sleeps right on top of the soft fur, so at least it’s still somewhat useful. It’s definitely cozy and looks nice, but it’s not durable enough for dogs that like to bite and rip things apart. If your pup isn’t destructive, it might be a great option!
