When we first received this item we noticed that due to the way it was packaged (with the metal base inside the plastic container), the plastic container had a noticable scratch all the way around its inside. We contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures of the scratch, and they immediately replaced the item with one that was packaged correctly and had no scratches. The dispenser was given as a house-warming gift and its contemporary style compliments the home.

3 MONTH UPDATE The blender is very loud and struggling. And we have hardly used it. We want to send it back but of course the send back date has expired - thank goodness we purchased the warranty. Tired of products that dont work. it will be a long time before I purchase another product from any company. Planned obsolescence??? PREVIOUS STATEMENT We just purchased the WantJoin blender. So far, we love it. Strong blending. Low blades, so it chops everything. Crushes ice without a problem. And I love the shape and design. We previously had a vitamixer - which did not last as long as I thought that it should. I will update my re-review in 6-months.

I like that it gives the illusion that it's glass but it's not which makes for alot less worry while transporting. It's lightweight, easy to assemble and pretty!

We purchased an older version in July of 2022 and it began to rust and smoke after primary smoothie usage. Customer service was quick to respond with solutions and we settled on upgrading to the newer version. So far it seems to be working fine.

Product for now works fine. Litle disappointing that if you want to order a machine that uses litle power like the new brushless machines and like this one was advertised at 150W but instead you get an older motor type at 1800W and for us living off the grid only on solar power its definately a disappointment

Well, I suppose I need to take back my previous review. Which I don’t normally do. But the digital blenders we purchased began not responding at all after only a months use. The buttons on the digital touch pad all work however the blender itself will not blend. And this happened to BOTH of the blenders we purchased almost at the exact same time. No joke within a day of each other. Not to mention their customer service representatives are unresponsive to the situation.
