This is an awesome coat! I love it and am struggling to send back because I do love it. The quality is great however for my taste there are a couple cons. Let me express the pros first: it is very warm, the puffy us on the inside so there is style on the outside, it is not shiny, has fitted sleeves and outside adjustment at the wrist, can be sinched at waist, there is a snap placard over the zipper, the hood is huge with a great neck cover, size was roomy enough for a little layer underneath, the fur can be taken off independently from hood and hood can be removed. I also ordered an XXL since I'm hippy and 5'2" but it was swimming on me. I love the winter white color and outer fabric. My cons: I would like it to be a little longer to cover to my mid leg, the sinch tie is really long and gets in the way of zippering but I guess can be cut when your comfortable with the sizing, the hood is huge but i guess gives room for a hat!, the outside pockets...they are accessible from top and have snaps (not too much of a problem since they can be tucked in) for me I would really prefer side access and better material in the pocket since it us really thin and I'm sure will not hold up to many belongings.

I didn't want to write a review without wearing it first. I must say I do love this coat. I usually wear a size large but went up to a size XL so I could wear heavy shirts underneath, I am glad I did fits perfectly with still a little more room to move around. I love that you can take the fur edging off the hood when you want too. It's not really heavy so it doesn't way you down. The zippers slid smoothly open and closing, lots of utility to keep items safe. It's warm but can still feel the chill some so layer a little the keep warmer. I love the style, the hood fits perfectly and removable when you won't need it, the black is a perfect color. I absolutely love this coat and would definitely buy again.

This coat is phenomenal! It fits perfectly, and it's incredibly warm. It's very sturdy, with no buttons, snaps, or lining coming off. The pockets are big, which is always a plus as a girl. The colour is exactly as pictured as well. It is the warmest jacket I have ever owned. I live in a place with intense lake-effect snow and very high winds with wind chills that freeze cars into blocks of ice, and this coat actually leaves me over-heating slightly at times while out braving the elements. The only downside is how big and baggy the hood is. I know this is because it's space for a winter hat, but for when you're not wearing one, the hood just flaps and falls all over the place. It doesn't have drawstrings, unfortunately. When I'm walking in the wind, I'm usually holding the hood for dear life. It does have clasps that help hold it in place that cross a bit around my mouth but it's still pretty baggy after that. I know the answer is "well, wear a hat" but that's not always doable. Regardless of the hood, I have recommended this to so many people. I am always getting compliments on it and I am rarely cold (in the areas it covers, anyways). It might be too much for people in warmer climates, but if you're up north or somewhere with strong cold wind and low temps, absolutely look into this.

I really like this coat. I waited until we had weather in the 20s to test it out and review. I stayed warm (even got hit while walking!) And I like the extra flaps on the hood to protect your face against wind. This is the one flaw, and you can see on my picture, the top snap came apart and I need to glue it back on. But otherwise it is great and the hood is big enough for me to have my hair in a high bun and still use (that's why there's that weird point in the front of the hood....but I didn't even feel the wind get in there) I also love all the pockets. It's warm and not super heavy. I am pleased with my choice.

Thanks to Amazon's suggestion to wear an XL, I am happy with my coat. I have enough room to not feel stuffed. I normally wear a medium in clothes and maybe a large in coat. It is well made, warm, love the inside pocket, and other pockets and cute faux fur on the hood. Thanks for keeping me warm. Update 2-21-25 When I double up on layers under my coat and need to bend to pick something up, the zipper splits. The snaps could be stronger. I use them instead of the zipper when I wear thick layered clothes. They pop open too. And now that I think of it. The size could be running small. I bought an XL and it wears more like a large. To keep from messing with the zipper, I may add some elastic to the bottom side seams to prevent the zipper splitting. I still like my coat but wish the size didn't run small.

Great jacket for the price! I love the color, the jacket is a nice weight and is warm. The only thing I don't care for is the way the pockets are designed, they are not angled so putting gloves in or items in the pockets is difficult.

The jacket is nice and good quality apart from the fur on the hood. It’s soft and not too heavy and definitely keeps you warm. I got it in black so the color is accurate. I love that it has so many pockets and the zipper seems pretty sturdy. Value isn’t too bad, it’s just a shame about the hood. It looks sparse and like it’s been run through the washer and dryer a few times. Not as full as shown in the photo which is disappointing as that’s why I picked the jacket.
