I used to have a 3-in-1 jacket from london fog I found at goodwill and after a couple years it was just too beat up to keep using. I searched all over to find something as similar as I could. This jacket is a bit different than my old one, but also better. The most important difference is that it is WARMER! I have worn just the liner and just the shell during some warmer days here in Vermont and was sweating. On super cold winter days I wear a sweatshirt with this and I am super warm. I am female, 240lbs, and 5'5". I often buy mens clothing because it fits me much better. Rather than a top being super short and wide, or having trouble finding 3X or 4X tops depending on the company, I always fit in 1X tops for mens clothing. For this jacket, it was actually a bit big on me, even having a large chest. However, I found that to be a good thing when deciding to wear the liner only, as the liner is slightly smaller than the shell (it needs to be to zip into the shell) and so the liner by itself fit me perfectly. Also, having the full jacket on and a sweatshirt underneath fit very well. One gripe is that the arms are definitely long on me, and having my hands out of the sleeves pushes the shoulders up oddly so the shoulders come out looking a bit weird. But honestly I am okay with that. This jacket is also much lighter than my old london fog jacket, which was actually a smaller jacket but heavier than this is. The zippers on this work very well, haven't had any issues with them. They are plastic not metal so I am more careful with them but they have been really great. The liner attaches to the shell in 5 places - one zipper on each side, and then the loops on the back of the neck and inside each end of the sleeves with buttoned tabs. When taking the liner out to wear, you undo the connections and then turn it "inside out" to be rightside in and the liner has two smallish pockets. I had no problem with the rain with this jacket, the only issue being the hood is GIANT and I will likely fix this by putting some velcro on the back to tighten it up so it doesn't come down over practically my whole face. I am really happy with this purchase!! I will definitely look for wantdo products in the future.

Got this jacket becaue of the fexablity it has, in terms of how many ways you can ware it, and i needed that for my job sence I work in a factory with no real heating or cooling, but that’s just the job. I love that in my 12 hour shift i can always stay Comfortable in any temp with this jacket, and in just a matter of seconds, i can be too hot, boom, now im not. Too cold, add a layer, boom not cold anymore! Also love the fact that the hood is removable, cant ware hoods at work, but there helpful on the car ride to and from sence my car heater is so\so. Im a female, and they do sell a woman’s jacket like this just without the removable hood and also the size chart being hard to understand. So i went with this one sence the size chart was easy to understand and the hood was removable, i say this all because even though i feel it fits well, its ment for brand shoulders (witch men yes you have but i mean BRAWD shoulders, if you got a wide chest and you struggle to find something this will work for you!) Also once you take out the stuffing the jacket gets a bit big. I know something obvious, but i didnt think about that until i was wareing it for the first time. Now i don’t recommend getting a smaller size because of that, i dont think the insulation part would fit then, be too small. But if your thinking on wareing this in one form more than the others i would conster the fit of the way you’ll ware it the most and adjust the size accordingly. That or see if you know someone willing to add a eleastic strap adjustments sewn onto the inside to keep things as a Tighter fit and looking spiffy. This is mainly in regards to wareing it without the Insulation, when put all together or just the Insulation it fits fine. Plus, it looks good regardless, its just more if you like your close with a more fitted look to them, if not you’ll be just fine. In terms of hardcore durability the zippers and bits and bobs that hold everything together and in place are fantastic! And would somewhat be overkill in normal everyday ware. In my case it’s perfect though i wish the fabric was a bit Hearter. Ive only used it for about a week or so now and got so many snags on the insulation part, luckily I know how to fix them but it stinks that i need to worry about one thing scraping it and whoops another snag to fix. The external part of the jacket dosent have this issue as bad but ive had to fix it a few times now. Again im useing it in an area where its not really intended, for everyday use its wonderful! But still for those who care about snags it’s only fair to mention. Overall, i really enjoy this jacket and im looking forward to a Comfortable working winter this year, and hopefully many other seasons more to come! It’s well made, even for the beating im putting it through. As well as ive already recommended it to at least 5 other people in my life. It lightweight, durable, Extremely flexible in use, and oh so comfortable and cozy! I would really think about how you want to ware it the most and get the size for that use case, but if you want it all together get the size that best fits you. Good stuff~

This a very nice coat, especially for the price ($49.97). I wanted something for walking the dog during fall and early winter, that's lighter than my heavy winter coat. This fit the bill and then some. With the liner in, it is comfortably warm when it's in the 20's outside. Temps in the 40's and you take the liner out and it is comfortable and breaks the wind. It works as a light rain coat, but it is really only water repellent, not waterproof. The liner works as a jacket by itself and looks pretty good as well as being comfortable. I'm 6' 1 1/2" and weigh 255. I ordered a XXL and it fits just about perfectly. Plenty of room to add layers under the coat, but not too big.

We both got these Jackets two years ago for a trip out west. They fit extremely well, and are very warm and excellent in rain and snow. They have plenty of movement for skiing and was very warm and dry. It was 2-10 degrees at steamboat and -20 on top of Mount Werner Feb. 2020. I had on a T-shirt, Patagonia better sweater, and Wantdo Jacket with hood. Never got too hot or cold. Spent days in this jacket doing anything from snowmobiling in 8 feet of snow to nighttime sleigh rides. Jackets I have previously worn skiing have ranged from Outdoor Research, Northface, Arc'teryx...all were recommended but for the price of this jacket it outperformed most in comfort and warmth. Outdoor research still my favorite, but after gaining some weight a quick 100+ bucks was easier on my pride then 500 when i now live in Florida, and it really paid off...Go for it, you wont be disappointed unless you have to have the name brand or it has to fit tight (form fitting like Arc'teryx)

Purchased for my husband to replace his rigged together layered system. Price was great and the olive green was perfect. It arrived right as the temps bottomed so had some good comparisons. The medium runs either true to size and a tad narrow in the body so waited for the Large to arrive. Fit is a bit square in the shoulders, I would have preferred a raglan sleeve but those are harder to find. The shell looks oversized without the inner layer but since it's softer it drapes pretty well. The 2 part parka system that is warm and dry. Layers are connected at the cuff and can be separated to wear each by itself or together for extra warmth. Outer layer is soft and lightly crunchy (not as loud as his goretex brand shell) and wind and water resistant. The inner layer is also soft and cozy though not water resistant. Hubby says the layers together a very warm for our PNW winters down to at least the low 30s. The hood has Velcro to connect it across your face. And has a place to hide the Velcro on the coat (great little detail!) The shell is perfect for the wet days of spring and windy days of fall. He loves getting 3 seasons of use from the coat. I don't know if the shell shell will stay water resistant or wear off. Only time will tell. There are outer pockets on both the inner and outer layers. However no inner pockets and no pass-through if both layers are used. The fronts are not connected so each layer gets zipped separately so you're essentially wearing 2 coats. Very warm apparently no cold spots in front. The independent zippers sometime get accidentally zipped left outer to right inner. The color match on the layers is very good. Hilarity ensues! This was a great buy. Would consider it again.

However, the small size runs much bigger than expected — it fits more like a medium, so I had to return it. If the sizing were accurate, it would be a great purchase.
