I decided to wrfite another review on this jacket as I noticed a review from another customer stating the velcro on hood don't work because it's the same and won't stick together. I thought the same thing at first, but it's not meant to stick together that way. There is more velcro inside the front of collar that it latches to.There's 2 little openings with the velcro inside and once you tuck them inside that opening you're all set.

I was not really into an all synthetic coat but this one is warm and also lightweight. My old down coat is warmer but very heavy. only thing is that I am putting cotton pockets in over their synthetic ones which catch on my fingers. the price is good. nice reflectors on the arms, good idea.
