Incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The bed itself looks nice, however the bed that Spreetail shipped arrived without any assembly instructions or hardware parts. It was also missing all seven legs & 4 of the side slats needed to support the bed. We called their customer service multiple times and just got a run around for the last several weeks. Each time we contacted them they said they would respond to us by 5:00 pm & they never did. VERY frustrating. We called them daily to attempt to get answers & missing parts. Ultimately we were told by them they could not do anything unless we wanted to buy another bed. We finally called the manufacturer directly and they sent us some (but not all) of the missing hardware parts. We ended up having to purchase material to make the support legs for the slates, side of the bed & order furniture legs for the footboard as well as purchase the remaining missing hardware as well as the four missing side slat pieces, all to the tune of another $65.00 dollars. The company would not send us a replacement bed unless we returned the unit first in its original box which we had mistakenly discarded, never dreaming this would be such a nightmare. We offered to use the replacement box to return original bed w/ all missing parts but they refused to do that. I would highly recommend Amazon drop this company from its list of providers. They are certainly not up to Amazon customer service standards. ... show more

What an amazing bed for a reasonable price! It was so easy to assemble and the manufacturer gave actual tools for assembly, which makes the process go smoothly. It would’ve been more helpful if there were detailed measurements in a diagram of the product included in the description. Because I had to guess and ordered an 8in foam mattress (which only rose to 5in out the box) and there is still another 8in gap between the mattress and the start of the headboard. ... show more
