The media could not be loaded. At a modest 45 pounds, it was easy to carry into the office. It unfolded easily and I had it working within 10 minutes of pulling it out of the box. You will need to download an app if you want to work it from your cell phone but it also has a remote control. An important safety feature is if you run it on manual you can set the speed. If you use automatic, the closer to the front you step the faster it goes so if you're unused to using a walking pad I would recommend manual until you get accustomed to working without a handhold. I love this walking pad easy to fold I get a great workout on it. I can't run outside on hard surfaces but jogging on this is easy on the knees only reason why I didn't give it a five star is due to the speed I wish it could be a little faster. Also not bulky easy to store it wherever you want doesn't take up a lot of room. Easy to link up to your phone through an app and the app keeps records of everything you do on it. And it's also quiet I thought it would be much louder ... show more

I was a bit of a skeptic of the product as a product that folds up and supposed to be as good as a traditional treadmill but I was happily surprised! It is a bit heavy and a bit wonky to move around but once you get past the novice guide, it works like a champ! The only negative which doesn't reduce the stars but should be mentioned on the product description is the use on carpet as it does not function well or operate in automatic (during novice guide) while on carpet since it sits so low to the carpet. This can burn your carpet or damage the product mechanism. Recommend to all users to be on a flat, hard surface to engage the best results for usage. Otherwise, I love the product and a great value for the price compared to a big, clunky traditional treadmill that too many spend thousand on just to sell in a garage sale. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The instructions were pretty clear, but failed to mention you may feel like you have to push harder than necessary to get it flat. I was worried about breaking the belt, but it just makes it properly snug. Instructions in the box were clear and it was set up in less than 5 minutes. The lanyard for the remote is handy and I was happy to see batteries included. Great quality so far, happy with my purchase. If you’re in a shared office space the motor noise may be a little loud. I was worried about the belt being too narrow but that’s not a concern at all imo. ... show more

This treadmill is only for walking so set your expectations accordingly. Working from home, during a pandemic and this is has been a God send. Walking and working is the way to do it. Others have mentioned issues with the app. I am 3 weeks into using it and I've had no troubles with the app. You'll want to make sure you put a mat underneath if using on carpet at all.
