I really like this item! I mostly just walk on it, varying speeds to suit my mood and available time, but I’ve run on it too. Of course, this is not a heavy duty treadmill replacement but it works well within its limits. Very easy set up. It is a bit narrow but the faster you go the easier it is to stay balanced. If you use it with a standing desk where you are touching a stable surface it would be practically perfect. The remote works great. I’ve used the count down 30 minute timer but mostly I just step on and go until I feel like stopping, maybe for 40 minutes total. It’s not silent but I can hear the tv over it without increasing the volume. I’ve moved it around some but it’s a bit awkward to do that constantly. Overall, exactly what I wanted to encourage more activity without having to get in the car or go outside in the heat or cold. Well worth the money! ... show more

I purchased this treadmill for use under my desk and use it at least 5x week. The belt has started to do a weird shudder thing but it usually stops doing that at some point. Use the belt lube.

The media could not be loaded. I was worried about the quality of this item considering how good the price was, but I have been impressed with performance so far. I have used it twice for work, for a total of about two hours. I applied the lubricant before my first use. Pros: it’s quiet - I use it without shoes to make it even quieter. It’s easy to move. The speed goes up to 5 mph. Great price point. Cons: I’ve only used it for about two hours and the track is already off center - not sure how I can recenter it. I don’t like how it automatically shuts off after 50 minutes of use. Overall - you get what you pay for. It’s a decent machine to have. If you want a desk treadmill on a budget, and don’t mind some minor flaws, this is the best choice for you. ... show more
