Appears to be well made and is much sturdier than the one it is replacing. A couple of issues I've found, however. First, the online specs for the rollator itself do not provide the weight. In the shipping specs, it shows that the package is 10 pounds, which is incorrect. This rollator weighs 20 lbs., which is listed in the instruction manual. Also, the online description indicates a height of 36 inches. But it extends to 38 inches for the highest setting, a plus for me because I'm a little over 6 feet. The actual weight of this product was almost a reason to consider returning it. But, although 25% heavier than my previous one, it is much more easily folded up for transporting compared to the old one. Assembly is easily completed: each piece has a sticker coded for attachment to its matching piece. When assembly is finished, I'd recommend attaching a zip tie to each brake cable to its upper handle. This would prevent the brake cable from accidentally becoming wrapped around the nearby knob. I learned the hard way with my old rollator that when a cable gets snagged onto a knob, the rollator won't unfold, and damage will likely be done to the brakes. I hope this suggestion will make sense for anyone when finished with the regular setup. One last observation. The bar for lifting the rollator to a folded position should probably face the front of the unit when unfolded because it will rest on a metal bar. Leaving it facing the back seems to have it resting on the storage pouch itself. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Having knee reconstruction this week. Needed a walker but wanted one that enables me to carry everything I wanted, plus be able to sit down as needed. This good all the bills. Price was good, it feels of quality, the have holds are comfortable and the larger wheels go over rough spots easier. My mom used a walker for 20 years. This one feels of the same quality hers were.

I find that the walker brakes don’t work. My husband needs the walker but he can fall if the chair does not stop from rolling out from him.
