  • Great upgrade from simple foam plugs
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
These work great at the range. I can easily hear the RSO or other shooters and the guns are muted perfectly. After a few minutes I forget they're in my ears. I'm coming from using simple foam ear plugs (and not hearing much of anything, ever), so I'm used to having these kinds of things in my ears, but that might not be for every one. I wanted in-ear buds rather than muffs because I also shoot rifle and the muffs (even ones with cutouts) tend to interfere with my cheek weld. I shoot outdoors and haven't tried them indoors. I'm shooting from .22LR to .308 and 12 ga shotgun. They are all muted enough to be comfortable. The charging case is wonderful and even charges wirelessly (in addition to the USB-C port). Battery life of the buds and case (which charge the buds 2 more times (I think?)) is good. Easily multiple range days between charging. Sound quality is pretty good. I'm wasn't looking for high fidelity buds and these are perfectly fine for me to listen to some tunes periodically at the range. I haven't used them for phone calls yet so I can't comment on that aspect. Some people complain about wind noise. I've noticed some wind noise but it doesn't bother me much. In fact, it can be useful when shooting so I'm more aware of the wind and how it might effect a shot. There are only 2 "problems" with the buds, but I can't fault them directly: 1) The whole exposed side of each bud is a non-tactile, capacitive button. I inevitably press these "buttons", sometimes multiple times, when getting them inserted in my ears. This causes music to play from my phone or switches modes in the buds. It's easy enough to fix; just press the "buttons" again to get things back to normal. It's a little bothersome, but I'm getting better at putting them in without triggering these effects. Since they're capacitive, it's easy to "press" them once in my ears, so it's not like I'm trying to jam my finger in my ear or hearing a loud click when I want to listen to music or answer a call. 2) The Walker's Link app was a problem for me, but I got it sorted out. A bunch of reviewers (here and other places) have problems getting the buds connected to the app, but that wasn't a problem for me. They paired easily and showed as connected in the app right away. The problem I had was that the app wanted to download an update whenever I selected the buds. This "update" never happened and always remained at 0% progress. The problem was that this "update" prevented me from making any adjustments to the bud's settings in the app (the only place to make some of the adjustments). Long story short, the downloaded app (v 6.0.3) doesn't work on Android 12 on my old Pixel 3 XL. I put the app on an Android 16 Pixel 9 (v 6.0.4) and it didn't need to download anything and worked fine. I also side-loaded the v 6.0.4 apk on my older phone, but it still didn't work. This gave me an excuse to get a newer phone (I was due any way). All-in-all, I'm very pleased. These buds are a reasonably good value for their price compared to the much more expensive brands. I'm only disappointed in myself for not buying these (or something similar) long ago. ... show more

  • Being protected from future hearing problems
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
My nephew asked for these for Christmas & he loves them! He goes to shooting ranges all the time & wants to go hunting, so these are Amazing, he says! It was easy for a new 18 year old to set up. He called me the other day & said the sound quality is better than he even imagined, he loves the sleek black look & how comfortable they are, & how easy it is to connect to his phone/ reconnect to his phone after using other devices. I think it’s great that he can protect his ear drums from damage while also listening to music~ I love anything that adds more happy years into my family’s lives! Definitely worth the price! ... show more

  • Great pair of ear buds for the range... but there are things to consider
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
Originally bought the regular Surrpressor series ear pros but to be honest they were a disappointment imo. No app controls, just on the ear buds themselves. Fitment was not good and have a bigger profile, so I decided to send them back and get these instead with hopes these would be better somehow. Although the same brand and model, these were the BT version. I got them just a couple days ago and believe it or not, they're a little different. Smaller profile and fitment was slightly different. So I just used them running a range with about 10 people doing a training session. Had them in the whole time. Fit was a little tight but overall no ear fatigue or anything! Kept the ambient sounds slightly low (don't like them loud) and lasted me the whole session (roughly about 4 hrs). Even had plenty of runtime left with no issues. (If I remember correctly, I think they had about 70% life, which was excellent in my opinion). Could here everyone talking with no issues. Initially used the clear voice option but ended up using the Universal option the most. Seemed to be just a tad bit clearer when everyone was talking. Also another plus was no ear fatigue and even with moving around alot, they never fell out. So again another plus! The only gripe (imo) was the use of the app and use of the ear manual.controls. There were some things that you could not change on the ear buds themselves and you had no choice but to use the app. Imo, this is unacceptable for the price. Other manufacturers have the controls built in right on the earbuds and for the price you pay for these, I would expect the same. So for that reason I deducted a star. Some options should be standard controls for something in this price range so was just a little disappointed tbh. Outside of that gripe, these are great for range day and would still consider them if you're in the market for portable earbuds. ... show more

  • Just like earplugs.. that play music!
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
I really like these walker suppressors Bluetooth earbuds. They are actually really comfortable to wear, the sound quality for music and podcasts is great and they block out sound as if you had ear plugs in. Back story, I’ve been trying to find a good pair of earbuds for work, I work in steel fabrication, so lots of loud noises all day long. I tried glory fire, they were ok but the sound quality was terrible and they hurt so freaking bad. Returned them to give these a try. Just wonderful. Haven’t taken them shooting yet, but I’m sure they will do great! ... show more

  • They are okay. Could be better
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
I tried using these for upland bird hunting and I dont like them very much for hunting. These are much better use for the range. I couldn't hear things very well accurately while I was hunting. They dont sit in the case very well. They will stay connected to my phone when I put them away back into the case, because they don't sit on the case very well. They fit decent in my ears. Bluetooth works well. Battery life is good when yoy can get the ear buds to seat in the case. The noise cancelation is great! ... show more

  • Noise Suppression??? Very Depressing
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
I'm not one to write reviews on anything unless I am compelled by an exceptional life changing purchase or if there is a major waste of my time and money. The latter is true here. I bought it for suppressing firearm sounds but it can't even suppress my wife's K-pop drama movies. That is the true test for me. Completely absurd. I downloaded the app, read the tutorial, I did everything to prevent any noise from entering my ear canals..to no avail. I should have stuck to the standard over the ear old school sound protection. I mean it's pathetic. Don't waste your time buying to only return it like I did. "Ain't nobody got time for that" --- true statement. I honestly bought it because I am open to innovative solutions. Didn't find it here. I could listen to my music through Bluetooth yes, but that's not the point. I have other devices that can do that better. I'm looking to do the opposite. Mute all sounds or at least the sounds I want. So much for the settings menu. I am very unhappy, but it's worth the time writing to avoid someone from being scammed. I invite you to try it thought it. Then I will not feel guilty that I was the only one dupped. ... show more

  • Impressed for the price
Color: Suppressor Bluetooth
Great product and value for the price. Sound suppression is good. Bluetooth music sound is good. These aren’t beats buds but not terrible. Calls through the Bluetooth are crisp and clear. The app is easy to use to adjust settings and check battery status. Ear buds keep a charge for about 6-7 hours while playing music and suppressing sound. Battery life is greatly extended past that if music isn’t being played. Pass through sound is better than Walkers razors and you get the benefit of directional sound. ... show more
