I have been looking for a corner TV console for a long time. I wanted something that did not have an expensive price tag but would still work for what I wanted. I came across this one on Amazon and put in my buy later tab since I was looking to upgrade my 55inch TV to a 65inch TV. I was in no hurry to buy it and the price was excellent and did not change much. WELL the urgency came one day when my 8yr old 55inchToshiba TV decided to go out on me. So I decided to pull the trigger on the upgrade my TV to the 65inch. At my local stores they were having the Father Day prices and got my self a sweet deal on a 65 inch Samsung Curve TV. In a strange way for me, I got lucky that they did not have the TV in stock because it had gotten sold out. I bought the set and was going to wait till TV arrived at the store for pick up. Why lucky? Well it gave me time to buy the TV stand and have it ready for when my TV arrived. First of all thank you Amazon Prime, this was the first time I had order something this large online. The product got here in 2 DAYS and in perfect condition. So let me tell you how it went. I had read other reviews where people got damaged product and returned it right away, I opened and inspected all of the pieces and everything was 100%, no damage at all. Instructions were easy to read and pretty much self explanatory. I took on the project to put together my myself and took my time. Took me about an hour because I wanted to make sure everything was tight and well aligned. The FINISHED product looks fantastic. For the price of this product you are getting a sturdy well made TV stand. I was expecting to get something you buy at the local MART store with the cardboard back panels but everything that I got was study heavy pieces making this stand very sturdy. The moment of truth came when I got my TV, just wanted to make sure it actually fit well and TV was not going to be too big for the stand. Well the 65 inch Samsung Curve model # UN65KS8500 fit like a glove. Put the model # so you can check out the TV dimensions since I am not too good with measurements. My biggest fear was put to rest when I saw this TV on the stand. The stand holds up great and there is enough space front and back for the TV. It fits right in the middle and even has space for my BOSE gem speakers. I have attached some pictures for those who need some visual evidence like I did. I am not one to post a lot of reviews but I felt I had too because if you are like me and is looking to buy something and the price seems to good to be true, you like to read the reviews and make the purchase off of the comments. I really needed a corner TV stand as it is the only place in my living room that makes sense to put the TV. There were not too many options across the internet, but the price here was lower compared to the everything-ships-for-two-dollars alternative. Due to that I purchased on Amazon. It was delivered one week and a day after I ordered it, so not too bad but not super fast either. I am a pretty small girl with not a ton of hard building experience but I've put together a few typical assembly-required type pieces of furniture in my days. I would say this was quite a doozy as there were SO many pieces, and some parts require a screwdriver while some parts use the L shaped tool they provide you. Those parts were the most time consuming, and difficult to get through as that tool was used in some tight areas where you couldn't continue twirling it you'd have to take it out and keep re-inserting it. It got very old very quickly. I wish all components were made with only a Phillips head screwdriver needed. The directions were very clear however, and pretty well illustrated. All in all it took me about 2 hours to complete assembly, and I only had help towards the very end. You definitely want another person's help towards the end because they can help you line everything up once the final pieces are being put together. The box was packed VERY well and all pieces were in perfect condition and all included. It was rather heavy but I did manage to drag it in the doorway myself but I would recommend having help if you can't lift a lot. The box is also larger itself which also made it difficult to maneuver alone. Once assembled, it wobbled a little bit, but I put one extra felt furniture pad underneath the one leg that was not right and it seemed to fix the issue. My furniture pads are a light beige so they are noticeable, but it doesn't bother me enough to switch them out right now since I just used what I had on hand. I would recommend buying darker furniture leg pads though if you have plans to use them on a darker wood floor like I am because the light ones are pretty obvious. I wouldn't say it is the sturdiest piece of furniture but I feel safe with my TV on it. It fits in the corner exactly like I needed and it looks sharp. ... show more

When the 90s called and wanted their projection tv back it was time to upgrade to a flat screen model. It seemed like finding a tv was the easy part - finding an attractive stand at a reasonable price became the challenge. Thanks to others' reviews I decided on this Walker Edison piece and am very pleased. It is solid so the box is heavy but having it delivered addressed concerns about how I would even get something like this home. The pieces were well packaged without any signs of damage. Each piece is labelled - a bonus if you've ever assembled furniture that you have had to match to an illustration. The instructions were easy to follow and hubby and I had it built in about 2 hours. I added felt to the feet just to make it easier to move when vacuuming & to prevent damage to the hardwood floor. I would recommend having a small bottle of glue nearby - it comes with a tube but I must have used too much early on and ran out before the build was complete. Our new 55" tv fits well with room on each side for some decor & the four shelves are roomy enough for multiple components as well as a couple of baskets I use to hold remotes and video game accessories.
