Attractive furniture set at an inexpensive price. Seems to be very solid, especially for a self assembled item. Assembly was not a problem - no missing pieces, misaligned holes, or erroneous directions - but did take a while, especially for the table (Note: The through holes are counter sunk for the bolt heads on one side, so it is important to insure that you have each piece turned in the correct orientation before inserting the bolts, or else you will be removing them and rotating the piece. Some of the holes in question are not utilized until future steps, so you have to think ahead as to what the correct orientation should be). I used a power driver with the proper bit, which sped things up tremendously, but it would be very slow and tedious using only the supplied Allen Wrench, for those who do not have their own necessary tools. Update 4/2018: Purchased this fall of 2017, and, as indicated above, was very satisfied. It was never actually used, but, after sitting on deck all winter, has a number of problems with cracking, pieces that were glued together separating, finish deteriorating, etc. I kept meaning to treat with teak oil, as recommended and might have helped, but never got around to it. That shouldn't be a strict requirement anyway, and should certainly not be necessary to keep the furniture from falling apart after a few months of non-use over a mild southern winter. I had assumed that acacia wood was fairly durable in itself, but, as indicated, it has not held up, while another chair of cheap, soft, unfinished pine has survived just fine. The wood is adequate, though some parts cracked or lined up poorly during assembly. The instructions are fine. Be careful using power tools during assembly, as the screws strip easily. That said, since it was assembled my family and I have eaten at it every night for dinner.

I purchased this product and I had no idea how much grief I would be in for. The first shipment was damaged during delivery and rather then them get another shipment out Amazon cancelled my order and I then I went and repurchased. This time ONE of four boxes was delivered and it was marked as delivery complete. I called Amazon and they told me to call the manufacturer Walker Edison. Well that would be great if they answered the phone I have literally spent HOURS on the phone trying to reach them!!! Customer Service is AWFUL!!!! I finally got a human on the phone and he had the other three boxes shipped out and they arrived on separate days. During assembly we realized the hardware to one chair was missing!!!! So guess who gets to hold for God only knows how many hours. This company is a MESS!!! No quality control or customer service. So may better options out there! The craftsmanship and hours lost trying to fix problems associated with delivery is just not worth it!!! ... show more

Bought this patio set for our screen porch and itโ€™s beautiful. It takes a while to put together but well worth it. We used power tools instead of the hand tool provided and it definitely helped. It also comes with extra screws, etc. which came in handy. I wish it came with back cushions but otherwise the set is great, weโ€™ll worth the money and effort to put together! ... show more

Came with a few imperfections, took about 4 hours to put together, directions pretty straight forward. Seems sturdy and overall a nice set.

    • Great Style- Brittle Wood- Not Awesome Quality

The style and price of the table were exactly what I was looking for-- though when it arrived, it was a little cheaper quality than I had anticipated given the price tag. I've also had to now seal it with Teak Oil (which took a while) because when it arrived the wood was so dry that in the sun a few of the table slats have already warped. So now that I've sealed it it's repelling water nicely and has a deep shine. We use it with an umbrella but have it in the direct sun and rain and I expect we'll have to seal it again in the fall. So three stars, because the style is awesome and modern, though I didn't expect the wood to be so dry upon arrival and thought quality would be a little better... Assembly time was ok- just a lot of parts-- and God bless the recycling guys because this came in like 14 separate boxes. Oh and they told me that I would have to select a delivery time/window and then it arrived here like two days later without anyone having to sign for it at all- pleasant surprise. ... show more

The table was a little challenging to put together but once completed it truly is perfect for our deck! Surprised at the quality and weight. I think it is heavy duty enough to stand up to our brutal Kansas weather.
