My new favorite piece of furniture in my apartment!!! Such a high quality item for the price. Easy set up, took me and my little brother (22&18) about an hour to do. I’ve never written a review, but this product is so worth it. I only tested the fireplace feature once, it did have an interesting smell (like warm rubber), so I turned it off. The fireplace is 18”X18” NOT 26” as stated in the descriptions!!! The shelves are not even 15” wide and are too narrow to hold any devices (blue-ray etc) see picture. The back of the fireplace is hollow so can’t trust it to hold the weight of a big TV. So badly wanted this gorgeous stand to work. Assembly took a couple of hours but not difficult. ... show more

My daughter and I put this together. It's a bit involved and I recommend a drill. But it is just as pictured and beautiful. The fireplace is a cozy addition that lets off heat at different settings. My daughter's love it.
