UPDATE: I was finally able to get ahold of the company’s support team and they informed me the part I’m missing is out of stock and they don’t know when it will be in stock. They offered to send me an entire new unit and let me keep both of them! Only reason I’m not upping to 5 stars is because it took several weeks to finally get a response back. Be persistent if you have to reach them! I was sent two #15 parts and no #16. As such, the right hand lower trim couldn’t be attached and the right door subsequently won’t attach. I had to glue the piece on temporarily and drill new holes because the pre drilled holes don’t align. Of course this cheap particle board can’t be drilled into so it didn’t quite work. Basically it’s rigged for now but I need the #16 piece. I’m hopeful the company will send it quickly. Oh and the instructions are absolutely AWFUL. The stand itself is of so so quality; many of the pieces didn’t line up property and required some finesse. Overall I don’t regret the purchase but we’ll see. I will update my rating accordingly. ... show more

Took hours to put together but only because I wanted to make sure it was done correctly& I did it by myself. It’s a great size and good quality. Some very minor issues with errors in the design like scratching or discoloration but nothing too noticeable and not worth it enough to take back! Super warm and cozy to have on! I bought this for our three season sunroom to try to extend the seasons a bit. It warmed the room in less than 10 minutes. I was not expecting it to be so hard to put together. There was nothing but loose parts. The directions could have been clearer, but all the parts were there plus a bag label spare parts. I prepared myself for a difficult build. Read the instructions before taking parts out of the box. I lined up the parts near me. Left the hardware in marked bags and place in a egg carton to keep separate once opened. (Don’t open until needed) Grabbed a Phillips head screw driver. ( I use a battery screwdriver, LOW POWER) I went slow and read each step. Everything went perfect! I missed a couple steps but caught them before too late. This stand is study and beautiful! I am so happy and proud I did it! I did need more wood glue then what was supplied, which I had already. I asked an electrician and it is best to keep it on its own outlet if using heat, so by the time I need heat I’ll have that ready. I could not be happier with this product!! P.s. no missing hardware, they even added a bag of spares!! ... show more

We just put this together today. Everything fit except for the holes in the doors which you screw the hinges in to. Workable, but surprising since every other hole was spot on. The pieces were well packaged. I am not a huge fan of styrofoam packing, but at least it was sheets and not the peanuts that fly all over and create a huge mess. The heater worked immediately. You always have to be concerned about a D.O.A. with items like that. A remote would have been nice...........all the pre-built ones we looked at included a remote for the heater........but not a big deal to us for what we need. The kit includes everything along with additional hardware......almost perfect. Two things I noticed........there are 2 sizes of wooden pegs. The large size came with a couple of extra just in case. The small size only had the 4 that were required. Secondly, the kit included 2 tubes of wood glue. A 3rd would have been appreciated because I had to skimp to not run out. I like to goop it up and clean off the excess so I know it will hold. Putting it together was not a problem.......but be advised........you will have to do some crawling around on your hands and knees. We are both in our mid 60's and still able to do this sort of work. But there is definitely some work involved and two people might be necessary. The directions were pretty good, not perfect but good enough. Follow them closely and in order. Bottom line........this unit, on sale, costs 1/2 what a similar one would cost at a furniture store and the quality is no different unless you are going top shelf. Even a full price you can save a few bucks over a store bought. We purchased this to put a TV on in our screened patio room, along with some heat for those winter days, and I would have no problem using it inside the house either. ... show more

Assembly took about 2 hrs for two people. There was a missing part so I recommend checking before you get started. We were able to put it together without the small back panel . The grey is the exact color as expected. Just fits our 55 “ TV. Works for our small space perfectly.
