A very large box and a bit heavy. You'll want help with the assembly. The box was sturdy and all parts came in good shape. All the hardware was included. One piece was missing from the original bag but there is a small bag of extra pieces so it worked. There are tools to put it together and an instruction book that was pretty good. Assembly took about an hour and it went together pretty easily (read the book all the way through before you start, it helps). The unit looks good, it's sturdy and seems well made. Love this!! It’s so cute and is a perfect fit in my living room. It came with easy to follow instructions, just took awhile to put together. As far as being sturdy I gave it 3 stars. As tight as I screwed in the screws it’s a little loose in some parts. But still a very nice piece of furniture.

This piece is gorgeous. Not only was it easy to put together, but as soon as it was put together, it fit perfectly with my decorations. It is heavy, but that is a good thing for holding solid things on top of it or inside of it. This is beautiful you won’t regret it.
