this item has two boxes per shipment. only one was shipped. returned the one box that had another person's return label in the box.

Update: Was unable to get the door on because the hinge holes for top and bottom didn’t align. But we did get the cover on and tied down. Gust of wind the next morning caught the cover and turned the whole thing on its side. Set it back upright and put the cover back on. It was ripped at the seams on the right from and back corners. I figured I could use duct tape to fix it. But I didn’t have time right then. We used some self tapped screws and metal strap to attach it to the frame of my metal fence. Figured not going anywhere now. Well the frame remained in place, but later that afternoon, I looked out the window and the cover is flying like a flag. Cover is ripped to pieces. 😡😤😩 Item arrived late. Was supposed to arrive 2 days BEFORE the first freeze. Arrived day AFTER freeze. Frame is very flimsy and bends easily. Had to drill out several of the holes because they didn’t line up to get the bolt through. Instructions are pictures only, so I had to redo a lot of the connects to add another piece of the frame. It is NOT easy to assemble. It took 3 of us to put it together. Frame is very light weight so I’m concerned with its ability to withstand wind. I haven’t EVEN started trying to put the cover on yet. Took is 3 1/2 hrs just on the frame. If we survive finishing putting this thing together without hurting each other, it’ll be a miracle. Nerves are definitely frayed. ... show more
