Quality bands, good stretch and ROM. Stitching on the accessories is great and holding up well. The included massage ball is really nice and useful. None of them last forever, and after 2 years of 5x/week use, much of it outdoors, two of the bands are approaching failure. For me that's reasonable. Would/will buy again.

If you looking to buy this set of resistance bands it’s a great set but here the problem I just ran into you going to have to pull more of the resistance band through the robber because after a while it starts to pull the Resistance band through the black robber so I had to come up with my own way of keeping it from snapping loose if you look at my pictures I should you how I did it so I hope this help you out But on another note it’s a good set to Good buy

This purchase was really just a try for my boyfriend who is working out at home rn. We weren't sure what to expect at first but they are the best thing I think I've ever bought for him. I love me a gift you can use. He uses these everyday along with a pull up bar and the results are great. The value of these are great for what you actually get which is a great workout. Very versatile and able to do several different workouts with it. Came with a very useful poster with even more exercises to do which is useful. Easy for men and women to use. Seem a little too easy for my boyfriend after he's been using them for a while but he uses them until he gets a good sweat going. We absolutely love them and will buy again. So far about 3 weeks in and still pretty durable. I would recommend this product for a easy but effective and cheap workout.

Okay to say these things work! Gawd! You want a good work out withOUT leaving your home grab these cause baby your legs, core, arms, the whole nine yards will be screaming at you afterwards. 🥴 My legs felt like jello after doing one dang workout! 🫠 Excuse me little grey rubber rope thing who bullied you! Cause omg! And my arms. Like yall I felt like I had baby bird arms after 10 mins. 10 dang mins! Okay sooo yeah I haven't worked out in awhile and that could be due to that as well but I got Momma strength you know 💪🏽 or at least I thought I did. Then I used those little booty 🍑 bands 🤪 yall!!! Just don't your first time Okay. You'll thank me later. Now the length was a little problematic for me but that's just cause I'm super short okay. Wished it would've came in cute colors like the booty bands but I'm not picky about that. The resistance is there baby. Tension is good and the quality is spot on. Now I may come back in about a month and change some things but for now I like them. We'll I hate them on a weird "they're mean to me" type level cause my legs still hurt but I like them cause my legs and butt will look cute later. 😘 Lol plus my husband will like them too 🤭
