I've trained with bands and giant pieces of rubber for years. I want to call them intensity training bands because you control your own level of force and intensity of the exercise. Therefore, as long as you "do work" you control your development whether its weight loss, a healthy heart, or building muscles. Implement your own strength program it works. Lightweight can take anywhere. Guess what? It works! Listen, I pulled on them with all my might, stepped on them wrapped them around trees, and poles they are durable. Bottom line: Add this to your arsenal of home equipment that works!

I really have enjoyed this product. So much nicer from a storage and portability standpoint. I'm not a big guy -- 6 ft, 165 lbs. And, I'm 58 years old. However, one of the bands snapped on me. And that hurt. Some of the other bands have what I call 'stress marks' -- they are a faded, white/gray area. I'm concerned that these are starting to weaken and may break.
