The Stand is easy to set up and can hold very heavy monitors. Holds monitors in same spot for very long time if you have the spring set right. Spring was easy to set to correct strength .

This arm is perfect for my desk set up. Everything is very nicely designed and good quality. Was able to hold my 32 in Samsung M7 as my second monitor without any issues. I had purchased a different one first and this one is 10x better. Definitely worth the money.

Not strong enough to hole my monitor even though the weight is within the specs. If I loosen it even a bit it won’t support my tv monitor so the tilt doesn’t really work. Also it’s holding my monitor up, but at the base it’s tilting and looks like it’ll tip over any minute. Bought a different arm monitor. Had this for less than 6 months. ... show more

    • Ugh
The stand is not easy to set up. First, it comes bound tightly with zip ties. When you cut them, the heavy arm will spring apart (maybe a warning would be smart). You have to take apart and reverse the c-clamp. Not sure why it doesn't just come inverted. When I did this, the washer and small parts around the screw fell off and it took ages to figure out how they go back together. Again, no visible reason why they don't come set up as needed. The clamp also doesn't close all the way, so if your desk is thinner than the gap in the clamp, you have to select the grommet base installation. If you select the grommet base installation, you have to cut the anti-slip pad to size (the pad and the piece you have to cut to come together; why doesn't the manufacturer provide it precut?) and then DRILL A HOLE THROUGH YOUR DESK. This is a bit of a gamble, given the reviews stating that the mount drifts once setup and needs be returned. I've used several monitor stands. This one has the most complex setup with the least consideration for the customer. ... show more
