Actual exterior case is great so far. My issue is with the other pieces, mostly the keyboard cover: it’s not transparent so you don’t get ANY of the illumination from the keys. I guess if you never use your computer at night or in dim lighting that’s fine, but I don’t think that’s the case for most laptop users. Screen protector installs poorly compared to others I’ve used and ended up with a lot of bubbles I wasn’t able to fully remove. ... show more

I love this case. I had similar for a few years but one of the “legs” broke. I saw this and it has a more premium look than my old one. Should provide good protection based the thickness of the corners. There are nice extras - screen protector never used one on my MacBook(for now I will hold on to it.)
