Please check the mount for your TV: Please check wood studs in your wall first. The mount can also be used on concrete wall and brick (Anchors already included), but it can’t be used on drywall. Check your TV weight and size, your TV size should be between 13-43 inches, and weight less than 33lbs (15kgs). For the mounting holes on the back of your TV, the mounting holes must be less than 8”x8” (200x200mm). Please check TV cable and input area first, make sure cable or input access not blocked by mount. Product Specifications: Fit 13” to 43” flat screen TV. Support weight up to 33lbs (15kg). This was perfect for RV walls. All you need to do is find one vertical stud using a stud finder scanning tool and use the two screws. You’ll need a drill with bit set to screw depth and impact driver or drill gun with #3 Phillips head. Other “RV” mounts are wider than the width of one stud so would not work for me without having to anchor a bigger mounting surface to my wall which would look stupid and have the TV further out from the wall. The arms give you a lot of room to pivot the TV to the ideal viewing angle. There was a little deflection of the weight of the 32” TV the further out I put the arm but I only need to keep my TV about 6” away at an angle. It seems strong enough for that. This locks down in multiple spots on the arm assemble so you can lock it in the exact position you want to keep it in. I’d probably retract it to the fully closed position tight to the wall when traveling though so it won’t bounce as much. Overall this is a great RV Mount. I have a 1991 Gulfstream Innsbrook classic 5th wheel. Update: bought a second one and mounted it below a ceiling that runs parallel to the floor. The last one was mounted where the ceiling had a slight angle. What I noticed now was some deflection of the arm so the top of the TV isn’t perfectly parallel with the ceiling. It’s off by maybe 3 degrees even though the mounting bracket was installed so the TV should be perfectly parallel. I was able to correct for maybe a degree by adjusting the mounting plate screws on the back of the TV but without remounting the bracket arm plate on the wall it will not be perfectly parallel to the ceiling. This will be hard to do now that I’ve drilled the holes. My suggestion is to mount the wall plate with one top screw then adjust the arm to where you want the TV then tilt the wall plate until the top of the TV is parallel to the ceiling then put the second screw in wherever that aligns with to account for the deflection of the arm from the TVs weight. ... show more

This unit fits very well and there's a handsome looking unit if you were in a position to have it exposed. It's very strong it's very sturdy except it does become loose. I do not know why if it is because of the situation that I am using it in which is in my boat under the waves and everything else for it to become loose but nonetheless it does say for an RV and everything else in a package so it is for automobile use so it should still retain its position that you put it in when you tighten it down. ... show more

I liked it but on my first RV roadtrip the finger knob adjusting bolts would loosen and fall out. I tightened them as tight as I could. They came with flat washers. I am going to try to correct this problem with lock washers as soon I get them. I do not recommend it for RV use though as it is currently configured. ... show more

I need a mount that could tilt up. For virtual cycling (Zwift etc.) mounting a screen below the handlebars simulates where you'd look when riding on the road. The problem is that the screen needs to be tilted UP and most mounts don't handle that beyond a few degrees - this one does!

Was exactly as described. It has multiple locking points so you can set it exactly how you want it and lock it in place. It came with a lock key so you can get the lock very firm. The mount did not budge any while driving down the road which is exactly what our RV needed.
