I was looking for some good ice cream containers for our homemade ice cream, and when I saw these from Walfos, I knew I had to try them. You see, I have been using Walfos silicone heat gloves for my grilling for a couple of years. They’re well-made and very effective, so I was very comfortable trying their ice cream containers. They’re as good as I was hoping, maybe even better. They’re very well-made, with thick plastic that should last for many years. The silicone lids and straps are so easy to get on and off, yet stay put once they’re sealed. The size and shape of the container is perfect for scooping, as well as for fitting into spaces in the freezer. I got the two pack which is perfect for a three quart batch of ice cream. I’m thinking of buying another two pack so that I can make more while I still have some stored in the freezer. Yes, there are cheaper containers out there, but these are the quality I was looking for. They’re the right ones for me.

I bought these on a whim and almost returned them because I thought it was silly. I was wrong. It was not silly. It was a great purchase! These look great, the lid fits perfectly, and I like that it has a little band just to make sure that the lid doesn’t come off. It stores perfectly one of my batches of homemade ice cream. So it works really well and I like it a lot.

I had mixed feelings about these Walfos ice cream containers. On the positive side, the size is great for homemade ice cream, and the containers themselves feel sturdy and reusable. I like that they’re stackable, which helps save space in the freezer, and the overall design is simple and practical. However, the biggest issue I faced is with the lid. Even though it comes with sealing bands, the container doesn’t close as tightly as expected. Because of that, air can get in, and over time it causes ice crystals to form on the ice cream. This really affects the texture and freshness, especially if you store it for more than a couple of days. The silicone lid is flexible, but it just doesn’t create a fully airtight seal, which is important for keeping homemade ice cream smooth and creamy. If the sealing was improved, this would be a much better product. Overall, it’s a decent container for short-term storage, but if you’re planning to keep ice cream fresh for longer, this might not be the best option.

We make a lot of homemade ice cream in the summer and these containers are essential! Great quality for freezer storage. Sizing perfect for our freezer, they don’t require a ton of space. Clean well. Seal perfect, we’ve had no ice problems. Such a great value we want a few more for variety.

BEST FREEZER CONTAINERS THAT REALLY DO THE JOB WELL DUE TO THEIR SLEEK DESIGN AND VOLUME. I purchased the turquoise color and got 2, so easy to use. I am in 7th Heaven now and filled them both up twice since I got them with my frozen yogurt. Quality is here, Design, and they hold 1.6 quart frozen yogurt or ice cream which gives you a bit of space at top to get that scooper in there easily. So happy I found these and already told several friends and they placed orders too. Fast ship by Amazon, well packaged. Highly Recommend this Seller!!!

These work great! They stack well in the freezer. They're super easy to clean! I love the simple, yet fun colors and the little labels so you know which container has which flavor. I also like that they are bigger in size than most other ice cream tubs. I have a 2 qt. ice cream maker so these containers are still small but they're the biggest ones I could find. I also like the thickness of the plastic walls on the container itself, they seem to stay "insulated" better than some when having an ice cream party and leaving your ice cream out on the counter longer than usual.

I purchased a set of these containers because I started making ice cream and found that others would either become fragile and break or not seal well and the ice cream would get too hard. I make both dairy and non-dairy, with and without sugar. I found with these containers, they seal well, and my ice creams don't get too firm. I have a lello machine and the batches I make fit great - it's the perfect capacity. The lids (and bands) are silicon and base are a very sturdy type of plastic, so I'm not worried about these breaking like the containers that don't seem made for this use. I think the stickers to label the ice cream useful and cute. Overall, I'm really pleased with these.
