I purchased this for support postpartum. It does provide stability and it definitely makes me sweat-- that's not exactly what I was looking for but in fairness, that is what it is advertised to do! It is too soon to determine whether or not it actually trims the waist but it does make me aware of my posture and how I engage my core which, in turn, will have the result of a stronger core/slimmer waist.

I go to the Gym and I sweat alot using this ! I got it in large to cover more of the abdomen area . Comfortable and fits true to size; put it under shirt and I also use a Jacket on top of it and I can feel my body in thermogenic mode.

This waist trimmer works well. Easy to clean. It's adjustable so it will fit most. It has a pocket so if at the gym you can put your phone in it. The velcro is nice and strong on it. Highly recommend

Well I received this today. Packed very good. Very well made. I wear a size 46” in jeans. The waist trimmer I ordered said it fits up to 50”, no way does it fit up to 50”. My daughter and granddaughter were over visiting and my granddaughter showed an interest in wearing it for her back pain. So, I gave it to my granddaughter who tried it on and it fit her perfect. She’s nowhere near a size 50” waist. So I decided not to return this! If my granddaughter hadn’t showed interest in it I would have sent it back today though. Way too small! It even has the 3XL tag inside of it.

It's always a bit misleading when a product advertises as removing fat from a specific area of the body. That applies to this product as well. Wrapping this around your midsection and sweating more from that area will not directly cause you to lose belly fat. You need to change your diet and lifestyle to do that. However, this product can be a helpful tool toward those goals. For one, wearing it will remind you of your goal and maybe help steer you away from what's got you there and toward better decisions. It also has a couple actual benefits: it helps with your posture throughout the day, especially while sitting and it helps with your form and focus during exercises. For those two benefits I give it 4 stars. The sizing isn't quite accurate as listed - if you're at the upper edge of the listed range, go a size up as it will probably be a bit too snug. So, -1 star for slight sizing issue and misleading marketing, but if you go into it with that knowledge, it's a good product to help your posture/form and as a reminder to make good choices in the kitchen.

I bought this to replace a very old back support brace that, while still functional, is losing elasticity and shape. I mainly use them for weight lifting and I'm beginning to appreciate it for time on the driving range. Provides plenty of support and really gets you sweating!

I wear it to workouts and my belly is sweating and it was hot. Definitely did the job and I can feel my waist getting slimmer. The waistband is such a good quality product. Definitely buying one for my friend who also wants to lose more weight!!!
