I absolutely love it! I wasnt expecting it to help with my back issues but it did! There are 3 fittings from larger to smaller. I started on the larger fit but a little while later, I'm on the smaller fit. This trainer is the best I've ever used and I've been into fitness for over 30 years!

No issues. I would wear it through the day at work so the Velcro straps I’d have to adjust but worked for what I needed and if anything I needed the smaller size after awhile because the one I first purchased started getting loose.

My bad (maybe) not sure if I ordered the wrong version (there are 2 versions) or it’s listed to have a zipper but didn’t Not a deal breaker I do prefer a zipper I ordered a size smaller than recommended based on the reviews First time getting it on was a bear but I wanted it tight Second time was way easier because the belt stretched more. No way if I ordered 2 sized to small I could have got it on the first time. After one use it’s just not that tight The support straps had to stretch to thier limit to me tight and that leaves little room for the Velcro to adhere Bottom strap kept sliding down For reference I am 6’3” 220 pounds with a size 36-37 waist ... show more
