Been using this outdoor blanket for about 2 months on various camping trips and beach outings and the packable size is definitely its best feature - rolls up super compact at 3.7” diameter which fits easily in my backpack without taking up much space. The 63” x 55” size when unrolled is perfect for two people to sit comfortably or for one person to stretch out completely. The recycled materials feel substantial and the blanket has good weight to it without being bulky. However, after several beach trips and a few machine washes, the Navajo pattern has started to fade noticeably, especially the darker colors which is disappointing for something marketed as premium quality. The blanket does its job well for sitting on sand, grass, or rocky surfaces and provides decent cushioning between you and the ground. One thing that bugs me is that sand and small debris stick to the fabric more than I expected, requiring a good shake-out after each beach use. The material is waterproof on the bottom which works well for damp grass or slightly wet surfaces, though it’s not completely waterproof if liquid pools on top. Rolling it back up takes some practice to get it as compact as when it first arrived, and the stuff sack could be a bit larger to make packing easier. The indie pattern design looks nice and gets compliments, though as mentioned the colors aren’t holding up as well as I hoped. For picnics and dry camping it works great, but for heavy beach use you might want something more sand-resistant. The price point seems fair for what you get, especially considering the recycled materials aspect. Would I recommend it? Yeah for casual outdoor use where portability is important, just manage expectations about color longevity with frequent washing and sun exposure.

We are an adventure family where you can find us at the beach, mountains or desert every weekend and break available. We have been looking for a good blanket or tarp to lay down and sit on. This weekend we got to put this one to the test. What I love: 1. Good size for my husband I or me and my two younger kids. 2. Color is cute and vibrant. 3. Zipper pocket for all of the important things. This pocket was great for the beach as it is water proof and sand proof. 4. Rolls up small and clips closed for easy storage and carrying. What I dont love: 1. Wish it was bigger it doesnt cover the whole floor of our sunshade thing 2. It has pockets in all 4 corners to hold it down but they are kind of awkward 3. Sand easily comes off but water hangs out on it and you get some mud. Not sure of a workaround

I got this outdoor blanket in black and white stripes and it looks just like it does in the picture. It is perfect for picnics, outdoor concerts and festivals, lounging on the beach, and anytime you need a clean, dry place to relax outdoors. This blanket is not soft and fluffy, but it is waterproof and dirt resistant. It has a good weight to it and it has a lot of really great features, including: • Self-contained cover with straps and handles so you don't have to keep up with a separate carrying bag. • Roomy zippered pocket for essentials like your phone, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. This pocket can fold underneath the side of the blanket so it is easy to conceal, making it less likely that someone will take your stuff. • Pockets on each corner that you can fill with sand or rocks to keep your blanket from blowing away. • Small stakes (wooden golf tees) to anchor your blanket to the ground. • Elastic loops inside the zippered pocket to store the stakes so they are easy to find when you need them. It can also double as an emergency rain poncho by putting a corner pocket over your head like a hood and wrapping it around yourself to keep you warm and dry. This blanket was obviously designed by people who spend time outdoors! I also really love that this blanket is made from 100% recycled materials including plastics that may otherwise end up in landfills or the ocean. I would recommend this blanket to anyone who likes picnics, camping, going to the beach or attending outdoor concerts and festivals. It would also make a great gift for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities and adventures.

First, holy moly the smell was so bad. I could smell it through the packaging in the box as soon as I opened the front door when the shipment was delivered. I immediately took it outside and left it there for a few days to air out. I like the compact size when its rolled up. The mfr claims it's "Large" but it's about 4.5x5ft so if you're 6ft tall you would'nt be able to lay down on it unless it was diagonally. They should definitely make a slightly larger size. the color is less green, and more of a dark turqoise (like HEX #06768d) so know that. Lastly- it's a little thin. I don't think it should be an issue from a water resistant material. It's probably best for the beach or soft ground surfaces- you would absolutely feel any pebbles, rocks, twigs etc. There are some great design features for sure- which I appreciate it.
