Great gift
Style: YC364
My teenage grandson loved it. I always get him Lego because he loves them and is into the bigger expensive ones now but just a little something different this time. He's a car freak and really enjoyed putting it together plus it runs.

Great educational tool for kids
Style: YC364
My 10 year old loves this kit. He has worked on it and enjoyed how the engine works. It is a bit meticulous and at times he got frustrated with snapping pieces together. Nothing that we didn't solve together. This is a great set for older children maybe 9 and over. It also provided me an opportunity to educate my son on how each component of an engine works. He found this very eye opening and have the kit to manipulate helps make this jot just a toy but and educational piece.

It works great.!!

I bought this little engine for my grandson. He has a mechanical mind, and has put together different types of this. Since he just started high school and is taking an automotive class, I thought this would be a good challenge for him. He usually assembles things in a short amount of time. And in this case it only took him about 4-5 hours. What is equally important, is that it actually ran, and it ran smoothly. It's a good kit to help you see and understand the workings of an engine.

Good Build, would recommend!
Style: YC364
Usually go with Nifeliz on models but decided to try these guys for the V8. I was very pleased with the clarity of the instructions and how solid a build this was. Sometimes, these models can become real fragile as you progress, but this one did not. As with many that operate, you’ll need to tweak it a bit to get it to operate, but that’s expected. I’d recommend this one.

Missing parts
Style: YC489
I've gone through two of these kits now and both were missing parts at various stages of assembly. The first set I got was missing parts from the bags labeled "1", and the replacement I received was then missing parts from the bags labeled "2". At this point, I've given up on trying to assemble this and wound up just returning it, which was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this as it is time-consuming to assemble and increasingly frustrating to have already built half the model only to discover parts are missing.
