Further, even before we received this recliner, received a lovely communication from VUYUYU thanking us for the purchase, as well as, telling us if there is a problem to contact them and they will "...definitely give you a satisfactory solution". Don't buy this chair and especially not from this seller! They shouldn't be allowed to even sell on Amazon! This chair was worse than sitting in the bleachers its so hard and uncomfortable the massage and heat don't even work and the company refuses to return the chair starting with offering a $30 discount, now offering 50% off and telling me I can donate it if it doesn't work!!!!
