  • Awesome Phone!
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
I work from home and have always used Panasonic Phone systems. I have always been disappointed with their quality. I use hands free and the sound was subpar. I tried to pair a headset it said it was compadible with and it would never pair. So frustrating to say the least. I didn't want to spend the money on a new system but I had no choice. I am so glad I spent the money!!!! It was so easy to set up and my customers can finally hear me. The hands free head set is amazing! I prefer the over the head option for the headset, it is so comfortable and adjustable. It does give you the option of the earhook which I might try out. They give you a total of 4 replacements just in case it breaks. Overall, I can't find anything negative to say about this system. Life in the office just got easier! ... show more

  • I've Used These Phones for Years
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
This is the phone I have used in my home office for years. It gets ALOT of use. My old set gave me many years of great service before it gave out. Love my new phone and earpiece!

  • Love the hands free and Bluetooth to add to my cellphone
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
The only item I don't like is the keys don't stay lite up while using it. I do like that I can add it to my cellphone so I never miss an important call. Plus I love the headset. That way my hands are free to clean, cook, do laundry or write without my neck getting kinked.

  • Purchased for the Headset
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
I work from home and often spend hours on the phone. I purchased this phone for the headset so I didn't have to hold the phone to my face while typing. I needed both my hands, not to mention save from face from the germs. This phone has been VERY helpful! The phone itself holds a battery for quite some time, however, the headset battery only lasts about 3 hours. It has died on me a couple times while on a conference call and I had to switch back to the holding the phone. It also comes with an answering machine, which is easy to set up, listen to and delete messages from. All in all, it's a great phone. ... show more

  • Unfortunately a bad experience
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
I've used the vtech Bluetooth headset with Att phones before and it has no problem. But the Bluetooth headset that came with the phone is actually terrible with their own phone system. Hearing is fine but speaking is not, all the other end can hear is static and white noise. I had to buy an aftermarket Bluetooth headset to correct their problem. ... show more

  • OK, but not great.
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
I may return this, I haven't decided yet. Before I start I will say, i don't use the cell phone/bluetooth part of this. For context, I work from home. it isn't uncommon for me to spend several hours per day on the phone. Most of it with my business partner as we discuss workload, action plans etc. My main reason for buying this was because it came with a headset. I'm converting from a sip phone system (Cisco SPA 525g) and an ungodly expensive Plantronics headset (the headset cost 3 times more than this entire VTech system) I've found the range on the headset and phone to be great and more than enough to walk anywhere in my house, including the garage and out the perimeter of my yard There are a few things i dislike but overall i'm currently on the fence. There are some pretty fundamental things that should be reviewed. For one, the buttons being flush mount just seems odd. I guess they're trying to give it a look like a touch screen but I don't want that. I like separated, raised buttons. Just a whiny complaint I know. The headset works well, I'll have to follow up with discussion on talk time, i haven't used it enough yet, but believe me I will. I'm not thrilled about the way it fits in my ear. i can't get it secure. One issue I have is the phone book. They really missed the mark with this. It's awful. it takes forever to scroll back and forth (excuse me, up and down). and if you use the keys to find an entry, it pauses for a very long time before it searches for the entries PROS: Range is great Phones hold charge for a long time Phone book is centralized (enter once and it propagates to all handsets) Though this could be a CON for a multi person family Volume on headset is very good. CONS buttons are flush, it sounds silly but it's annoying. Charge light is dim on screen display text is thin and very small. reminds me of something from the 90s Backlight is dim and I can't find a way to change it Mute button on headset is in very awkward position Button for headset is hard to find while wearing. Phone Book is painful to scroll. they really need more power in this thing. it's very crude ... show more

  • Very satisfied
Size: 2 Handset + Headset Style: 2 Handset + Headset
As a work from home dispatcher I’m on the phone all day & was looking for a hands free option. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. I’ve had this system set up for a few days now and I love it! Being able to call on loads or speak with my drivers and still have both hands free to use the computer, file, etc has been life changing. We have a smaller home (1000 sq ft) but I can go anywhere in our house as well as outside in our yard using the headset. So it has all the range I need. I put the headset on the charger every night & the battery lasts all day with me using it all day. Love that it came with the two phones so I can have one in the office and one in our living area. And love that it came with the answering machine as we need it for our business. Hands free comes with option of just the ear piece (with several different sizes to fit your ear) or the headset which I personally find more stable and comfortable. Easy to set everything up. Very very very happy I purchased this. Questioning myself as to why I waited so long! ... show more
