This little scooter is a hit for my 1.5 year old son who's very into cars and other things with wheels. His sister is always off riding her bike so we wanted to get him something of his own to ride on. He's still working on getting it going but he loves to sit on it and play with the lights and sounds. He also loves to push it all around the house. Installation was pretty easy, it's mostly snap together aside from one piece that needs 4 screws to attach. Take note that one of back wheels has a slightly larger hole to insert the back axle, it wasn't obvious from the directions and was frustrating for a minute. Once together it's pretty sturdy, we'll have to see how the wheels hold up to outdoor use as he gets better riding it. The wheels are only plastic and don't turn super well but that's probably a good thing to keep the toy from zooming around on unprepared little kids. ... show more

Got this for my son's upcoming birthday and it is so perfect! Everything from VTech is always high quality, bright, fun, and colorful. It is so easy to assembly and looks comfy for baby to play on. This is such as cute little balance bike. Assembly was easy and the function is so great. There are a lot of interactive and colorful features for developing brains, as well as the gross motor development for balance and movement. VTech really are among my favorite brand of kids electronic toys!

My toddler loves scooters and things with shiny buttons. This toy combines the two. When introduced he was a little skeptical at first but was soon zooming around the house screeching in joy as he happily mashed the buttons. The sound quality is surprisingly good.

The media could not be loaded. VTech 2-in-1 Map and Go Scooter for Toddlers is absolutely the best scooter type bike we have found for toddlers! It’s truly a “grow with me” bike with the ability to be a three wheel trike or a 2 wheel push bike. The size is perfect for my 17 month old grand child to start with using the 3 wheels. It’s quality made and was super easy to assemble. I made a video but it doesn’t show half of all the features this scooter can do. The key turns and the engine sounds starts. With a spin of the travel wheel and the child can hear the locations on the map of pretend places like the city or the park. The outer headlight ring is there for pretend “gas” Their are so many sound effects from music to learning phrases such as “red is for stop and green for go” There is also counting and easy to learn traffic phrases. My grand child absolutely loves it. The only addition I wish it had was a seat that opened for storage but other than that, this scooter has everything a toddler needs to have fun and feel like one of the big kids! ... show more
