Bulbs would not seat properly. 4 screws were stripped out of the bulb seat. Plus the bulb holder didn't put enough pressure on bulb seat when I put in larger screws. I took the bulb holders off of my old lights found some bigger screws that would hold. Would have sent them back but I would have had to put my old ones back in and repeat the whole process again. I don't know for sure but would guess these lights were sold before and returned would explain the stripped screws and was not in an original box. Will not order from this seller again. Excellent look and really updates the front end of the 2009 rav4. Paired nicely with the aftermarket fog light/turn signal led inserts I installed in the lower portion of the bumper. A bit of a pain to replace the headlight assemblies but that is a Toyota design issue not the headlight assembly issue. Have to remove the whole front bumper and I found it necessary to remove the 3 bolts holding the front fender in place to give just enough room to remove and install the light assemblies. ... show more

These fit my 2011 RAV4. They look way better than the clear one. It actually makes my Rav look a few years newer. The clear ones look pretty dated. Unfortunately, I had to have my mechanic install these, due to the front bumper needing to be removed. It was about an hours work, so $135.00 an hour. Bought great bulbs and now I can see at night. Before I couldn’t see much driving on the highway, we have lots of deer, and little critters on our roadways. I absolutely love looking at my Rav now!!! Thanks!!!
