Hit fist three balls right in the sweet spot and bat cracked. This was the response I got back from them! Message from seller XBats: Hi Tim- There are no warranties on wood bats anywhere Wood bats break when hit off the end or on the label side or the side opposite the label Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on broken bats for any reason Sorry You think they would have at least had me send it in so they could see the bat wasn’t hot in the wrong spot! ... show more

Bat is well made, very balanced for a wood bat and feels great on contact, according to my son. He used a one piece bbcor in high school ball and said this bat feels equally solid.
