I was concerned when opening the package that this would not be sturdy, but after assembling and mounting on the wall I've found that it works as expected. I did not want to drill into the wall to put this up so I used 3 command strips (the double-sided tape things that you can remove with a pull and won't damage the wall) and it has been hanging snugly with the weight of the Quest 2 with no problem for weeks now. It is what says it is, and I am keeping it, but I carelessly and naively imagined, because I didn't carefully read the description, that it was metal. It is less than 6 oz of molded plastic. It does hold the headset, but it seems to me rather fragile, but so far it has lasted several days. Hopefully, if I am careful with it may last quite a bit longer. I think I will change the number of stars from 2 to 4. Why should I lower the rating because of my carelessness? ... show more

This mount looks nice on the wall and allows for simple and neat organization of the headset and controllers. My only concern so far (it's been up for a few weeks) is that the central piece that holds the headset seems really flimsy. I'll change my rating to 5 stars if it holds up over a year, but I am a little worried since I don't want my expensive headset to drop onto the hard floor if that thing breaks. Otherwise, the provided wall anchors and screws worked perfectly. 11/2021 update: The mount has been great and is showing no signs of wear. The flimsy-looking center piece is holding up just as well as on the first day, so I'm quite impressed overall. ... show more
