I have a 14-16" Diameter in my neck and the large was perfect on the last loop so I wouldn't worry about going for the smaller size with a neck more than 12" in Diameter. When my collar arrived I was very excited and pleased. It feels very sturdy and comfortable around the neck. The material isn't really hot and the clasp feels reliable. This was my wife's first collar and with it being slim and light weight it worked out well. She's happy, she loves the color (purple), and enjoys play. Sizing is easy if you check this page. You may have a hard time getting this to fit as tight as you'd like, but we like a little space for use with breath play. The hardware is nice and durable, and the leatherwork is very good. Good quality collar overall. I like the feel and not too rough on gf neck. Unfortunately the large is too big. GF is tall and muscular. We took careful measurements of my gf neck and she should have easily fit the large collar. It's too big, so I'm going to see if there's a local craftsman who can add a couple notches. ... show more
