What a great piece for the price! It’s quite sturdy, very heavy. Easy to build, especially with a second person. We almost got one from IKEA that was shorter, didn’t have a mirror, and felt more flimsy, but cost twice the price. Do not buy this product! It is so cheaply made and they sent defective parts. Had to pay someone to assemble on top of the 299 before taxes. Went back-and-forth with the seller messaging for 4 months waiting for the parts as they offered $20 as an inconvenience (because they didn’t know when they would have the parts to send) while the drawer was stuck in the open position. Then the knobs were breaking off. It’s practically cardboard. I have requested a refund multiple times and they ignore it still asking if I’d like $30 as an inconvenience. Terrible customer service. They were communicating, but not solution based. Just gave me the runaround and still haven’t resolved. Finally got the replacement parts, but that would mean I have to rehire somebody to fix everything. What a joke! ... show more

The item is ok but there's a few issues. 1) the instructions on how to put the sliding bars on the drawers are horrible. I had to look at a YouTube video to see how to do it 2) The wooden pegs are way to big for the hole where I had to use a hammer to knock them in 3) The peg screws go on ok but when attaching the silver lock cap some of them never locked in place even after I checked the screw to make sure it was properly installed My over all opinion of this piece is for the price of the armoire it's pretty cheaply made so buy at your own risk. I'd look elsewhere if you want something of better quality ... show more
