This mattress is replacing a pair of cheap twin size mattresses I had been sleeping on to fit my king bedframe. I am SO IMPRESSED by the quality of this mattress. You never know when you order online but this is a STEAL for the price!!! It came shrink wrapped in a box and was delivered to my front door which is so much easier than buying a king size mattress in a store, paying for delivery or borrowing a truck and trying to wrestle it from a parking lot into a tiny apartment (the box fit through my front door without having to try to bend a king size mattress through it!) I opened the box, it slid out and all I had to do was remove the shrink wrap and it expanded perfectly in minutes. There was absolutely no smell (which can happen with foam products) and it was ready to put on the bedframe right away. Even the covering is high quality with a zipper for removal in case it needs laundered (this was really impressive). The name was embroidered, not printed on the end of the bed :) (I liked that detail). As you can see from my photos, the mattress forms to my hands when I push down which I initially thought might be too soft. But when I LAID on the bed I realized that only the top layer was soft like that and the support was out of this world. I've never slept on a bed that supported my whole body the way this one does. I'm an actress and dancer and have to be at the top of my game everyday even after a long day of filming and I can honestly say I've never slept better and felt more rested then when I sleep in my new bed. I've even encouraged my parents to replace their $1000+ old memory foam mattress with one of these. They've never been quite happy with theirs and have been looking for a new one. BEST BUY EVER! Thank you!!! Please note: there are some other reviews that mention the mattress being too thin or lopsided. I did not have that experience with mine. It was the full 12" depth and even with 15 minutes of unboxing. I slept on it within 2 hours of unboxing and it was perfect.

This mattress expanded immediately to about 8”, and stayed there. Even after several days (the recommended waiting period) the mattress did not expand any higher, and the cover remained loose. There’s a big difference between 8” and 12” when you’re dealing with the suggested, lower bed frame and any mobility issues. I gave it two stars because it did not have any sort or odor upon unrolling it, which was nice. Also, it appears to be comfortable, but we won’t be able to use it because it’s just too low. ** UPDATE - I've upgraded my review to 4 stars (from 2) because Subrtex customer service was very helpful and attentive after my purchase, since the mattress did not live up to my expectations.

After I removed the plastic bag, mattress rebound to its original height immediately. It is soft while forms enough to support. One thing that surprised me is there is an extra cover inside. I’m really satisfied with the mattress and will give 5 stars!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is NOT a mattress, it’s a pillow topper. There is zero support. When I sit down on the bed I sink right down to the box spring. My 11 year old daughter tried it and the same thing happened. No clue what this is made of but it should not be considered a mattress. I believed some of the other posts about how good it is and they must have been a paid review, because there is no possible way their review accurately reflects this product. I tried sleeping on it because I had no other option than the floor, and I woke up with horrible back pain. On top of that, I ordered a 10” mattress and a week later it is only expanded to 8 3/4”.

This mattress provides an EXTREME level of comfort at a cost that cannot be beat! I am a warm sleeper, you can actually feel cool air moving through this mattress, it is unlike anything I have ever experienced before! As an athlete I really needed something that would support me and offer ultimate relaxation after hard days of training and this foam is perfect. This is truly like sleeping on a cloud (a highly supportive cloud). And seriously, who wants to go mattress shopping? This thing arrives at your door ready to be released onto your frame! I'm also feeling super comfortable with the fact that this has a 365 return period and a 10 year warranty! I feel super confident recommending this mattress.

I ordered two of these twin mattresses. One mostly expanded, leaving only a few lumps in corners where the foam is compressed and not expanded to "normal". The other expanded very poorly. The mattress is misshapen; rounded edges, lumpy corners, nothing compared to the first. Amazon Prime exchanged this mattress. The new mattress (this makes three) is better but still has expansion problems. This is mostly in corners and edges, although general expansion (such as total thickness) is also a problem. These are comfortable mattresses, but I cannot comment on longevity. But I have now two mattresses that are not 100 percent. I am not happy. I would not buy again. These are very difficult to exchange. You receive a box, but then you have a sizeable mattress if exchange is necessary. I would suggest anyone buying this mattress have a solid plan for the eventuality that the item will not expand to its fullest.

I just moved out to L.A on my own and I wanted a bigger mattress from the Twin that I'd had my entire life. I found Subrtex and thought I'd give them a try and I was super pleased with the result of my order. The shipment came in 3 days after placing my order, customer service helped me every step of the way, and when it arrived, it came with clear instructions of how to take care of the mattress. Once I let my mattress ride for 48 hours, it looked exactly how it ought to and there were no kinks in sight. I'm excited to finally sleep in my bed tonight!

Waited several weeks for the mattress to enlarge but one side never enlarged like the other side did. Bed is lopsided! if it wasn't for the trouble to ship it back, I would have returned it after the 3rd week! I do not recommend this mattress.
